It can accommodate 4 people, living-dining room, kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom. The rooms are very spacious and especially bright, as it is located on the corner it has 4 windows and balconies in the living room where a lot of light enters all year round. The house is on the first floor without an elevator, with a comfortable staircase of about 20 steps.

It is an old building with a traditional picturesque "patio" style entrance. We have just finished complete renovations, 100 m2 all new for your comfort.
