Ivan and Isabel and their children are wonderful hosts. They have been attentive to us on an ongoing basis and our welcome in the house was exceptional. Very punctual, they had the huge detail to leave us a lot of cold drinks, multiple fruits and even ice cream for the little ones. They offered tips on what to do in the area and what to visit. In addition to giving us all kinds of facilities in the house, communication with Iván was perfect. Friendly and very, very friendly. The house was tidy, clean, and has everything you need and more. But the most incredible thing about this house is the atmosphere that you breathe in it. It conveys peace and serenity, probably, for the beautiful moments that different generations have lived in it. We have relaxed a lot, enjoying all the stays; especially the garden with its wonderful views and sunsets, the pool and the great living room. I'm sure we'll be back. It was a perfect relaxing week.

It was a very pleasant experience with friends, we had a great time and the environment is wonderful. Thijs was very kind and attentive throughout the booking process and Vitalina was also when welcoming us on arrival and departure from the stay.

Words cannot express how wonderful this particular booking was. Our trip had challenges of its own, but that aside, John's place is AMAZING. It is exactly as described, and then better. It is literally a slice of heaven in rural Spain. It is home-from-home with modern fixtures and fittings and everything and anything that you could possibly need from a home, and then more. Since placing the booking with Airbnb, John has been on hand to answer all my irritating and incessant questions....closer to the time of our trip, the information was free-flowing and easy to follow and everything was exactly as described. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. If you want peace and quiet and countryside walks this is the place to come. I honestly didn't want to come home. In fact, I didn't want to leave a nice review, because I don't really want anyone else to go - I want it to be available for just me! The house and host get 10/10 What else can I say? Thank you John, for everything!

Excellent place and host!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Antonio's father, Sara's father, with our family of 7. Everything was perfect. Friendly welcome, big house and large swimming pool :) Everything is very well maintained, fresh and clean. There is plenty of space in the house to retreat to and from the house you will have a beautiful view of the villages all around. Due to its location, on a hill, there is always a wonderfully gentle breeze and it is not super hot, as in the valley. We will definitely come back!

Natalia and Álvaro were very nice and helpful from before our arrival until we left. Their home is like being at home, nice, comfortable and with a huge outdoor space that delighted the children even though it was very cold. Thanks for everything.

The house is really spectacular, it's huge and has plenty of room to go with a lot of people. The garden is very large and the barbecue area is great to enjoy. 100% recommended for a weekend with friends or family. The process with Alejandro was very simple and everything was perfect.

Location is beyond belief. Walk out the front door, turn left and you are in the Plaza Mayor. Apartment itself is beautiful and full of character. And not noisy at all when we were there, despite the fact the balcony overlooks bars and restaurants. In fact with so many attractions and restaurants surrounding the location, you rarely have to walk far to get anywhere. Tapas Street is a few minutes away! Will stay again when next in town.

The house is in a quiet location, I was looking for privacy and that's what I got. The best thing is the outdoors, to enjoy it. Communication with Ramón was very good, he answered quickly and was always available. We spent a week and it was very nice.

We were a group of nine friends at David's house. It was a perfect weekend. The house has absolutely everything you need and more to have a very pleasant stay. The common area in particular surprised us by how spacious it is. It is very well laid out and the fireplace inside is absolutely spectacular. It works perfectly and we were all surprised how well it pulls. It's been a great weekend.

It's been a pleasure to enjoy Africa's house. A secluded house with plenty of privacy and in better condition than in the photos.

Jenny is an awesome host and it is a great villa. 20-30 minutes from Murcia. A great villa for 2-3 families.

Excellent stay from start to finish, host was available and proactive even thousands of miles away. Everything is done to make the guest feel at home. The house is very well-equipped and very recent and matches the description. A carport is available for people who are being transported. Those who drive by electric vehicle can charge in the city with 3 CCS Atlante terminals which is a real plus for travel. I would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet, exotic stay, and far from the city. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, take the time to explore them, memories guaranteed. The house is beautiful and is great for a family or a large group of friends, as all the rooms have a bathroom. All very clean and very nice. Ideal to rest and disconnect since it is in a village but not far from Madrid. The host is on the lookout for the cell phone and reports everything quite quickly. We really enjoyed it, we recommend it.

It's perfect for going with the family. The area is very quiet and the house with that patio is perfect for spending a very pleasant weekend with your loved ones. And Mara is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.
