We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

The house is very spacious and very well maintained. The outdoor area is great for a good barbecue and enjoying the outdoors. Totally recommended!

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. The apartment was very clean and is located in a very nice area, a 10-minute drive from downtown Murcia. José Luis takes great care of the details, he leaves you some food, fruit, coffee and drinks to avoid you having to go shopping. The penthouse had all the necessary appliances. Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! One bonus is having the flat right next to a metro. Good bars restaurants right outside building.

The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people.
