Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Mercedes est une femme que tout le monde respecte ,elle est très gentille . personnellement je trouve la communication très fluide et sa réaction est rapide, c'est sûr si les conditions sont réunis je ferai l'expérience une autre fois.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

La estancia muy céntrica, justo en el casco histórico de Toledo, muy interesante todo. La casa aparte de estar muy cómoda con todos los servicios ( limpio y ordenado todo, no hace falta llevar nada), queda muy cercana a buenos restaurantes, comercios, farmacias...a todo se puede ir a pié. Los anfitriones muy amables, siempre pendiente de nosotros, recomendandonos sitios de excelente gastronomia, lugares históricos de la zona. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos a repetir la experiencia. Cristina’s place is a really good 1 bedroom flat option in a nice area in Madrid city. The apartment itself has got everything you need, and is very comfortable and quiet. It is one floor underground(-1), but the design is great, nice furniture, and it really is one of the better Airbnb options I have tried in Madrid

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

Alex was a wonderful, responsive host! Instructions were clear when checking in, the location was perfectly located near the airport and the city center was not far. Definitely will consider staying here again should we be in Spain in the future!

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

Espléndido alojamiento, el mejor sin duda de todos los q he estado. No le falta ningún detalle a la casa. El "inconveniente" de la televisión se soluciona fácilmente aportando wifi del móvil. Totalmente recomendable. La atención de Rosa en todo momento espectacular y para cualquier cosa, está la persona asignada para ello en el mismo edificio. Un acierto total. Muchas gracias.

Alejandra's flat is very comfortable, clean, good location away from the city centre, so quiet. Communication was excellent, she was always with quick response. The only downside was the location for collection of the key which is 20 minutes walk from the flat. Alejandra prompted offered to pay for a taxi to the flat what we didn't used, but it was a nice touch from her. Check out was no problem at all, as we just had to drop off the keys in the letterbox. I recommend Alejandra's place if you want to have a nice peaceful staying outside the city centre.

El departamento es sumamente cómodo, nos alojamos 3 personas para lo cual bastaba las 2 habitaciones sumamente amplias y cómodas en todo sentido. Cocina equipada super completa en utensilios y en electrónica del hogar. Raul muy amable, l estuvo al pendiente en todo momento contactandonos por si necesitábamos algo. La zona es algo alejada del centro de Madrid, como a 30 minutos, pero nosotros preferimos estar allí por tener vehículo y estar cerca del aeropuerto y centros comerciales a poca distancia. Hogar super recomendable. muchas gracias!
