Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Country house entirely available for you and there will be not other guests presents. There is a private area of 2000 m2, completely fenced and also equipped to welcome your animal friends (see list of facilities for welcoming animals). You will find Wi-Fi, due TV, free bicycles and privacy. You can make return day trips to Ferrara, Verona, Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Mantua, Florence, the Adriatic Sea beaches and Lake Garda. The house is cleaned and sterilized with each change of guest.

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Unique place! 2 double beds, one on the ground floor, one on the mezzanine. It will give you the opportunity to experience magical days with the utmost privacy. Hi, we're Giancarla and Sergio, we're waiting for you to enjoy your vacation with family or friends. the house is equipped with every comfort and the pool is at your disposal to enjoy the sun and relaxation. we live on the lower floor of the house but the accommodations are completely independent to guarantee your privacy. We really like to meet and chat with our guests, but if you wish, we can also be very discreet. We look forward to seeing you for a spritz by the pool😉

The old Ferretti farmhouse has now become a cozy countryside vacation home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.
