Central location, a short walk from Viale XX Settembre and the public garden, ideal for going to the Politeama Rossetti The location is optimal because it is very well served and close to all the main points of interest. Our apartment was renovated in March 2024 and is ready to welcome you. The apartment is very bright and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a nice bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the living room, we have a sofa bed with a topper.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The Tre Rose apartment, in a house from the early 1900s, has the distinction of having a garden and a private parking lot in the center. Guests enjoy a comfortable and cheerful home, with a really large room, with a living room area, a large kitchen and a large bathroom.
