Un bel appartement dans un cadre très agréable. Vue magnifique sur la Mediterranéé, appartement spacieux et bien disposé (très confortable pour 6 personnes) avec climatisation - très appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs. Très belle piscine avec chaises longues "attitrées" et belle vue sur la mer. Comme partout dans le secteur, le logement est dans les hauteurs mais avec un accès facile à pied au centre de Bogliasco (très belle ville avec plage et falaises au bord de l'eau). Très bon supermarché à proximité également (10 minutes à pied). Accueil agréable et réponses rapides de la part de la propriétaire quand contactée. Un endroit idéal pour se poser et découvrir la région - Gênes, les 5 Terres, Portofino.....

Tutto perfetto. L’appartamento, grande e confortevole, possiede un grande balcone che si affaccia sul mare. Susanna e Giovanni sono molto reattivi. Consigliato!

Я остановилась у Алисе на несколько дней и очень довольна, что выбрала это место. Квартира находится в историческом центре города, в то же время 15-20 минут неторопливым шагом и ты уже на море. Квартира 2х уровневая. На первом этаже небольшая гостиная совмещенная с кухней, туалет и небольшой балкон. Кухня остнащена всем, что необходимо для готовки. Есть телевизор. Все очень чистое. Есть Wi-Fi. Единственный минус, это то, что парковка находится метрах в 400 от квартиры на возвышенности, плюс квартира находится на верхнем этаже без лифта. У меня было много вещей и мне очень помог муж Аличи и внести и вынести все вещи. Но лучше ограничиться не очень большим объёмом вещей 😄. Аличе с мужем всегда были на связи. Я была в этом городке первый раз и была удивлена насколько это приятный город во всех отношениях. Для меня пока лучший в Лигурии. Центр города построен галереями, их много и в разных направлениях. Даже в жару ты везде передвигается в тени. Много кафеешек, ресторанов и пляжей.

L'appartamento è molto carino, con un giardino molto curato all'esterno. L'unico problema è stato raggiungerlo, perché il navigatore d indicazioni sbagliate ma l'host è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato le indicazioni per telefono e ci ha aspettati all'ingresso. Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento, abbiamo cucinato e dormito in 6 adulti. Lo consigliamo e abbiamo anche potuto portare la nostra cagnolina.

Our stay in the apartment was amazing. We were a group of six friends and had plenty of space. The terrace was beautiful and was great for chilling out and having dinner together. One bedroom was really nice with an amazing view. The other bedrooms are ok too. Overall I would recommend this place. You only have to walk a bit to get to the beautiful town of Bogliasco. Alternatively, you can go to the cliffs and enjoy the beautiful sea nearby. The train station is also not too far away, so it's very easy to go on day trips to explore the beautiful places around the Ligurian coast.

Caterina ist eine unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns bei allem unterstützt und mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir durften unser Auto schon lange vor dem Check-in parken und sogar noch viel länger stehen lassen, nachdem wir schon ausgecheckt hatten. Auch unseren Hund hat sie sehr freundlich empfangen – er durfte sogar früher einchecken :) Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen: nah am Strand, aber angenehm ruhig, abseits der Touristenmassen. Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum – Caterina hilft hier ebenfalls mit genauen Infos und großer Sorgfalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Vielen lieben Dank für alles, Caterina!

Host molto cordiale, non ho riscontato nessun problema di nessun tipo. Deborah mi ha accolto e dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie. In più ha messo a disposizione cibo e bevande per la colazione. La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario. Consiglio a chi ama la tranquillità, senza dimenticare che si trova pochi minuti di auto da Rapallo e dall'uscita dell'autostrada.

We absolutely loved the location. Stunning and beautiful views from high above the town. The property had everything we could have hoped for to make us feel right at home. Lucilla, our host, was fantastic and made us feel like family, which capped off an amazing trip.

Aanrader. We logeerden recent enkele nachten bij Glemyr met onze twee kleine kindjes. Het verblijf is rustig gelegen, met een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Het zwembadje was een echt pluspunt met de warme temperaturen in de zomer. Het appartement zelf is helemaal in orde en proper, er was ook een babybedje en kinderstoel klaargezet. Als we vragen hadden, konden we altijd bij Glemyr terecht, die heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Kortom, het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf en we kunnen het dan ook aanraden.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for check-in . I really appreciated the small touches, like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries—it made the stay feel extra welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a dedicated parking space and a clean, tidy environment. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly and positively, and provided lots of useful information. The view from the property was absolutely stunning—we actually regretted staying for only one night. At night, the moonlight reflecting on the sea created a shimmering, enchanting scene that was truly unforgettable.

La casa di Giuseppe e Livia è estremamente accogliente per qualunque tipo di ospite. La casa è in una posizione decisamente tranquilla, piuttosto isolata essendo immersa nella collina ligure. Abbiamo trascorso un breve weekend in gruppo con amici e abbiamo in particolare apprezzato tutto lo spazio all'aperto, dotato di barbecue e ampio tavolo, per mangiare e rilassarsi in compagnia. L'arredamento è vintage ma funzionale: nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva come beni di prima necessità. Inoltre, Giuseppe e Livia si sono dimostrati assolutamente disponibili e mai invadenti, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse stata fatta due giorni prima del weekend. Grazie e alla prossima!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement parfaitement conforme à la description. Quartier sécurisé. Vue imprenable sur la mer + montagne. L’accès était parfaitement expliqué avec les vidéos envoyées au préalable. À penser néanmoins: avec des enfants, la voiture est obligatoire car les premiers parcs ne sont pas tout prêts, et les trottoirs se font rares !

Unser 10tägiger Aufenthalt bei Walter und seiner süssen Frau Yari war toll. Die Beiden sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind immer erreichbar und geben auf Fragen schnell Antwort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war warm geheizt. Sie ist gut erreichbar und parkieren war nie ein Problem. Auch der Fussweg nach Cogoleto ist kurz und gut machbar. Wenn wir wieder im diese Gegend verreisen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Grosses Dankeschön für alles❤️

Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Anweisungen wie alles funktioniert waren sehr hilfreich und genau. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Wohnung hat unseren kleinen Urlaub auf jeden Fall sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht!!!!

Fabulous location next the port area / Marina precinct & very close to the old city. Davide is a wonderful host, extremely responsive, very helpful & friendly. He also owns a great pizza & pasta restaurant at the end of the street, Molo 2.0, we ate there a few times & highly recommend it. This apartment was the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in!!! The fridge was full of fruit juices, milk, eggs, ham, sausages. There was tea, coffee, biscuits, bread, cereal.....so much provided. Only downside there were a few maintenance issues, bathroom doors didn't close properly & windows in 3rd bedroom couldn't be opened as it was all taped up to keep it closed. There is a little street noise given the location, but it quietens down after 10-11pm. But these were minor inconveniences, nothing to detract from our stay in Genoa. This apartment was good value & in a great location.

Très bon séjour à Gênes dans cet appartement spacieux et bien placé, à deux pas de la gare de Brignole. L'appartement n'est pas très lumineux, comme expliqué dans l'annonce, ce qui n'est pas dérangeant tant il y a des choses à faire à l'extérieur à Gênes, bref c'est idéal pour poser ses valises et partir explorer la ville. Dans l'appartement, tout est à disposition, ce qui est pratique, les commerces essentiels sont à proximité, et l'hôte est particulièrement attentive à notre bien être.

Fantastic location - just a few blocks from everything: ocean, train station, city center. The convenience of the central location makes this a perfect spot for touring all of the Italian Riviera. The Club is charming and well appointed. It comfortably accommodated my family of 7 adults with large gathering areas which is uncommon in Italy! Additionally, it is beautiful with lovely high frescoed ceilings and fresh, comfortable and stylish furnishings. The kitchen has everything one could possible need. We mostly made coffee and breakfast. And it even has a dishwasher. The double entry doors make it secure. There is library of fantastic books on every subject imaginable- something for everyone! The only less than 100% issue is the Club is on a busy street and can be noisy at times with traffic. I highly recommend Club Chiavari as a fantastic home base for anyone looking to enjoy Chiavari and have an easy jumping off point for alI the Italian Riviera.
