It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Luminoso appartamento di 100mq recentemente ristrutturato, situato al terzo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo antico, ubicato nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, a pochi passi dal centro storico. La casa è composta da: 3 camere doppie con bagno privato, area comune cucina/living, locale lavanderia con lavatrice a disposizione degli ospiti, terrazzo attrezzato di 130mq con cucina in muratura ed accesso diretto dalla casa e vista dei tetti di Napoli, del Vesuvio e della Certosa di San Martino.

Ogni ambiente è dotato di elevato comfort, disponendo di Smart TV led, Climatizzatori con inverter, free wi-fi (in tutto l'appartamento), macchinetta caffe' con cialde e mini frigo.

The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.

There are typical restaurants, pizzerie and many useful shops all around. There are three Funicolare in the area and the Toledo metro station that will allow our guests to move easily upside down. Our target is to let everyone live the real Neapolitan experience.
