Beautiful scenery and beautiful villa. Large pool. Ideal location for our neuro diverse grandson who loved it there and Nicoletta’s friendly dogs. You’ve got to go there to believe it

Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes; Elena war immer erreichbar, antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Der Check in klappte dank Schlüsselbox einwandfrei. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Ich habe noch nie in einem Apartment eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen, es war alles vorhanden und im makellosen Zustand. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ein Traum für mich, ich habe ziemlich lange dicke Haare und meistens im Urlaub Probleme, diese zu waschen, da meistens zu wenig Wasser aus den duschköpfen kommt ;) Das Doppelbett ist so bequem, die Matratze einwandfrei, nicht durchgelegen, wir haben super geschlafen. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Aircon die wir trotz Hitze nicht benutzt haben. Die Nähe zu Rom, der wunderschöne Strand per Fuß erreichbar, waren für uns die Argumente Diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving. Le logement de Alessio est parfait vous avez de tout et plus et on pense que c'est trop loin de Rome mais non détrompez-vous on as passé 4 jours dans se logement et le trajet pour aller a Rome est tres facile on fait un trajet de 15 a 20 minutes en auto jusqu'à un stationnement qui coute 1,50e par jours et on prend le métro pour Rome pour un autre 10 minutes super simple et facile. Je recommande se logement bon prix et parfait. Merci Alessio pour le bon service.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

This was an amazing home to stay in. Dario was responsive when we had any questions regarding the recycling or pool. The home was comfortable and spacious. It looked even better than the pictures! The kids enjoyed the large backyard and pool so much on the days we weren’t out on excursions. There’s a grocery store right down the road where we stocked up on food and necessities. It was a beautiful oasis in a quiet area outside of Rome with easy access to the train stations etc. It was close to these amazing lakes we visited and the area turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes mit unseren Kindern und deren Familie gefeiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem der wunderschöne Aussenbereich und der Pool waren fantastisch. Vor Ort ist immer jemand unkompliziert erreichbar. Das WLAN könnte besser funktionieren, was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat. Wir überlegen bereits jetzt zum 65. Geburtstag wiederzukommen.

Ho trascorso uno splendido fine settimana con dieci amici ospitati da Ferdinando e Ludovica: la casa è spaziosa, ben tenuta e con tutti i conforts (aggiungerei giusto la tv nel salone), camere all'altezza, giardino ampio e ben curato, piscina fantastica, barbecue. Il tutto immersi nella tranquillità della campagna romana ma comunque a cinque minuti dal centro abitato di Campagnano per ogni esigenza. Hosts gentili e discreti. Caldamente consigliato.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten.
