Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois au sein de cette magnifique petite maison très originale et charmante qui se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Rome. Tout était parfait dans la maison, tout était fonctionnel et très pratique. Le parking se situe à quelques mètres de la maison, dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La piscine est également très belle et très bien entretenue. Nous nous déplacions le plus souvent en voiture mais nous avons également pris les transports en commun et il est vraiment très simple de rejoindre le centre-ville en bus. Il y a de très nombreux commerces, restaurants et services dans le quartier. Il est très facile et agréable de communiquer avec Ulderico. Il a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien et si tout allait bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

abbiamo trascorso il Natale in famiglia proprio come lo avevamo immaginato, spazio cucina comodo per la preparazione di pranzi e cene, castagne arrostite al camino acceso. spazi comuni ampi, zona notte molto confortevole ed accogliente per la privacy di ognuno. Soggiorno di 3 notti apprezzato da tutti noi giovani e meno giovani. Spazio esterno molto curato, il nostro cane ha potuto scorazzare in libertà. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Excellent accueil et emplacement pour tout faire agréablement à pieds, un luxe à Rome! Un studio très bien aménagé et très confortable. Sylvia nous a immédiatement informé d’excellents restaurants et glaciers et le bonus l’organisation de notre transfert à l’aéroport à 6h du matin a été très apprécié! Merci

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para unos días, para una pareja, a 10 minutos del metro que te lleva al centro de Roma en media hora. La ubicación bien. Daniela muy comunicativa y siempre en contacto. Tuvimos todo lo necesario.

Very nice little place, really good position in terms of mobility around the city you have a lot of options really close to the house. Strangely enough during the night you don't ear a lot of city sounds, this was a pleasant surprise. Simone was a really nice host and helped made my stay really enjoyable!

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Un petit havre de paix. Cette charmante maisonnette est située dans un quartier paisible, le long des ruines d’un bel aqueduc. Mon séjour fut, à la hauteur de ce que j’imaginais, très agréable. Mention particulière pour Francesca, la fille de Manlio, qui m’a accueillie chaleureusement et m’a rendu service dès mon arrivée. Je recommande pleinement !

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

L alloggio di Oliva è estremamente curato, accogliente e provvisto di tutto. Per noi famiglia con bimbi piccoli è stato perfetto. Una cameretta con libri e giochi proprio come essere a casa. Olivia poi ha reso tutto perfetto con la sua gentilezza e attenzione. Grazie davvero!

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Bellissimo alloggio. Sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Grande cura per i dettagli. Grandi spazi sia nella zona giorno al piano terra che nel salotto al primo piano.Avere una camera al primo piano e due al piano terra con rispettivi bagni permette, volendo, anche privacy nel caso di due famiglie o genitori/ figli. Giardino molto piacevole con una piscina molto gradita dopo una giornata dedicata alle meraviglie di Roma facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino che porta a piazzale Flaminio. Sulla stada tra la casa e il trenino un ottimo supermercato per fare la spesa che unito alle delizie offerte dall orto ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevolissime cene sotto la pergola attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e illuminazione. Possibilita anche di rilassarsi con ping pong e calcetto. Grazie Lucia per il bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere anche con i nostri figli.

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.
