Vacation rentals with a patio in Caspian Sea

This was my first time booking an apartment through Airbnb, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! The apartment matched the photos perfectly—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was polite, extremely helpful, and consistently available throughout my stay. She went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome, and her kind, attentive attitude truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

The apartment was nice and clean, making it a comfortable space for a vacation stay. While it was compact, it had everything needed for a pleasant and convenient visit. All the essential amenities, including the air conditioning and heater, worked perfectly throughout the stay. The washroom was spotless and came with a jet spray, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was stocked with enough cutlery and utensils to prepare basic meals with ease. Having direct access to the Bazaar supermarket just below the building—through a convenient backdoor entrance—made it super easy to grab anything we needed, especially for cooking. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Flame Towers, which added to the overall experience. Also, the host was very friendly and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay and promptly responding to any questions we had. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place in Baku.

Huseyn is a warm and welcoming host. It is right on Nizami, a great location if you want everything at a walkable distance. -10/10 for the view from the terrace!

I would like to call it the best value for money B&B!!Highly recommend!It's really worth it!The host is not good in English, but he is very patient, very enthusiastic and has a great personality.The room is exactly the same as the host's picture, and it is very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom!You can cook your own meals, solve the laundry problem, and there is a large balcony where you can dry your clothes. You can see the sea directly from the balcony. It is convenient to go out to the beach.There is a supermarket downstairs, there is a big supermarket dina, it's really nice!It can sleep four people and the space is totally adequate.Thank you very much for the room provided by the host, it made a great memory for our trip to Akkau💗

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Baku. The proximity to both red and green metro lines and a great park make it an excellent location, all at a great value! And Khalid is a great host who is very responsive if there are any questions.

Comfortable clean studio in a good location (central area just 10-15 min walk). Was perfect for 2 people / 8 days stay. Great value. Easy communication with the host.

The cottage is very nice.

Very pleasant atmosphere when you are located and live in the Hircan National Park around the forest and very untouched nature. The house is cozy, clean, comfortable even for six, the host is attentive, responsive and helps with any questions. Especially the host arranged for our children to go to the forest for mushrooms it was very interesting and fun for them.

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once

Nurana's home in Gabala was fantastic, we had a great time! The place looks exactly as in the photos, was very clean and organized upon arrival, and very spacious for big groups. The hosts were also super welcoming and nice. 100% would recommend to anyone visiting Gabala!
