The house was really spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for the most part. Ms.Konul was very helpful and responded quick. Most restaurants and places we wanted to get to were very accessible from this location which helped our trip planning😃

Great apartment in a wonderful location! The Bolt rides from and to the airport are about 8 to 10 manat. The place is clean and well lit, with nice views from the windows. The host is friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the memorable and comfortable stay 🙏😊

We had a really great time in Taleh's apartment. Beautiful, cosy, spacious, stylish, full of everything what you need for comfortable stay. Warm floor is just amazing especially in winter. Playstation for kids were very useful. Protected area, all cafes, restaurants and shops are around the neighborhood. And also very close to city center, you can get there even by walk, it's about 15-20 minutes or by taxi that is very cheap. Our holiday was lovely and we felt like home. Thank you again for all your help Taleh! Hope we'll back again!

Very nice and charming studio, located right in front of the park and a short walk from all the cafes/restaurants you would want. Communication with Leyla very pleasant and timely. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

My first trip to Baku and Azerbaijan. It was COP29 so super busy and all accommodation in very high demand. I was very fortunate to find Orxan’s apartment. What a blessing. Very close to downtown and the old city. Great views across to the Caspian Sea. Wonderful areas for walks. And very safe walking locally to and from great local restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this location and what a fantastic host. Super considerate and helpful at all times. Thank you, Orxan. 🙏
