السكن حلو مره لاكن ينقصه مكيفات في الغرف ومفاتيح للغرف والا فيلا حلوه وخاصه ونرجو الاهتمام برشاشات المياه والمروش ومشكلته شبكة الانترنت ضعيفه في المنطقه وينقصه منشر ملابس ويبعد عن شارع نظامي ٢٠دقيقه وداخل بيت الحديقه كمرات والا بالامانه السكن جداً جميل وتجربه حلوه وصاحب السكن ووالدته ممتازين مره مره مره واستقباله جميل واسلوبه حلو مره

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

This is my first solo trip when I met first time tural at airport in midnight my cabs are not booking he came to pick me up and I was like shocked the guy I never forget in my life,very responsible, caretaker,if I message him he will respond in seconds,his whole family treated me not as a guest,like their family member,couple of tyms I had their home food and I'm unable to describe this person how good he was.From the day one he showed me all the routes,metro,malls,parks,library,hotels,market,stores and places to visit in baku.He gained all my TRUST in first 2days.whenever I got doubts he used to come to me directly when I msg him and solve every one of it till I got a clarity and the way he speaks very polite to me is very remarkable and he is a good listener too 💯 I felt every time like he is my big brother why because he is very honest and fair 🙏 I enjoyed exploring the area... I felt very safe when I was in his house 🏡 accomodation was really excellent and worthy💯Trusted Guy💯

Lydia's place is situated right at the center of the fountain square. The apartment was lovely with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It was spic and span with very clean bathrooms and kitchens. The host was very responsive and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay at Lydia's apartment and certainly recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at Xagan's place in Baku. Even though I arrived late, the he was incredibly welcoming and made sure to meet me in person. He shared some great local tips and recommendations, which made my trip even better. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better — within walking distance to many fantastic cafes, restaurants, and just a short stroll to the charming Old Town. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Baku. Thanks again for a lovely and easy stay in Baku.

Добрый день! Наша семья первый раз была в Баку. Мы немного волновались, так как должны были прилететь ночью с ребенком и заселиться. Но, благодарю, нашему хозяину все прошло очень четко, легко и спокойно. Наш хозяин заранее уточнил детали перелета, встретил нас среди ночи, отвез, заселил. Квартира очень тихая, просторная, было все необходимое, чай, кофе, вода. Белье было безупречное. Также, хозяин подсказал всю необходимую информацию, где покушать, где найти, что нам было нужно. Нам было очень комфортно чувствовать себя в этом жилье. В следующий раз, только к вам! Спасибо большое и удачи в работе!!!

Tuğrul bey, çok dost canlısı ve iyi bir evsahibidir. gece geç saat olmasına rağmen bizi karşıladı ve evi gezdirdi. son gün de geç çıktık. Banyo ve mutfak temizligi özellikle çok iyiydi. evde bir yatak odası ve iki kisilik bir yatak ilez birleşik salon ve antrede birer çekyat mevcut. Haydar Aliyev kültür merkezine yürüme mesafesinde ve genel olarak sakin bir muhitte.

Чистая, просторная, светлая квартира, со всем необходимым для комфортного размещения. Удобное расположение, до основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, заодно и город посмотреть. Рядом есть магазины, что очень удобно. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, приветливые люди. Помогли с заселением, сориентировали, где, что находится. Мы остались довольны.

I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic! The apartment is absolutely wonderful – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly to all our messages, and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything, and super convenient. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Квартира и здание совершенно новые. Расположены в новопостроенном районе города. Квартира просторная, чистая, удобеая.Хозяин на связи и готов ответить на вопросы. Я остался доволен.
