Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Modern, spacious, with high ceilings and large windows where natural light penetrates at both ends, making it an ideal space to discover Barcelona in the best way. *To get to the apartment you will have to go up one floor by stairs (THERE IS NO ELEVATOR).

The apartment has an unbeatable location, in between Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta, a step away from Santa María del Mar or Picasso Museum. Borne is the neighbourhood of the latest trends in shops, restaurants, bars. It's at walking distance from the beach, Ramblas or most tourist destinations. This ancient house, with classical architectural remains, was renovated and divided into six luxury one-bedroom apartments. Large windows, white micro-cement floors, designer furniture, a kitchen created by local cabinetmakers, together with the cabinets and work tables designed by the Corada Figueras architecture studio, give interior design criteria and personality. Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
