Product of the first wave of densification, the house is part of an 1890's group of three houses built in the same lot by spanish inmigrants. Each one with it's private courtyard and all featuring heavy brick walls, wood openings and tall ceilings. The house has being completely refurbished highlighting some of the historic details while making it modern and comfortable.
