La Quercia del Saggio (Oak of the Sage), is a small country house placed in gentle hills of Marche region, in the zone of "Lacrima di Morro d'Alba" a D.O.C. red wine, and 7 km away from the renowned "velvet beach" of Senigallia. A quiet and restful place, where to relax surrounded by the nature, in the regional framework of genuine foods and artistic treasures hidden in small towns with their medieval architectures still intact. The perfect place to enjoy seaside and the relax of country life. We offer a stay in an apartment for 2 persons (+1 bed can be added in the living room). The apartment is composed by a living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, twin room, double room Private entrance from the garden and your own table to eat outside. and for enjoy BBQ. The name of the house, La Quercia del Saggio (the Oak of the Sage), has also a nice story: The house has been occupied until Mid 80's by an old countryman who maintained a 19th century life style. For this reason the national tv (RAI) produced, few years ago, a reportage showing the last example of peasant tradition, the everyday life of a "sage" (wise man), who was living in touch with the nature, according to archaic and genuine traditions.

A large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area accommodates up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden, just nature, the open air, and the river.
