My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

Michelle's place was our 19th airbnb (and a couple of stays with another company) and is our hands down favorite. The location is ideal, exactly as described. The house is small but very well designed and equipped. It never felt cramped. Michelle provides everything you might need with no extra clutter. There are so many thoughtful touches from dog toys and treats to snacks and coffees and even a bottle of wine. We enjoyed sipping coffee and reading at the ocean front windows. We had to leave early because of a home emergency, and can't wait to get back for a longer stay!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

We had a great stay. The space was small but exactly what we needed. We came to Maine to experience the sights and the dining and this space was a comfy, cute space to come back to and relax. We did not grasp how close to the road the house was and was a little noisy with the traffic, but overall pretty quiet. Overall it was a great stay for our intended use and we would book it again.

We really enjoyed staying at Shelli's Dream Catcher guesthouse. Access to a beautiful beach almost directly across the street, and great views of the marsh directly out of the back windows. The place was clean and well laid out. Shelli was responsive and gave us an unexpected early check-in. Sunsets and sunrises were awesome. We stayed in late October, so I believe some of the restaurants within walking distance were closed at this point. Still, it's a great location in Wells, and only a short drive from area restaurants, shopping and other locations. We would recommend Dream Catcher at the Beach!

Perfect size for our family of 4. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were available to use but we brought ours from home. Two bathrooms are always a plus with two teenage girls, only request from them was a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom to check out their outfits. Owner reached out during our stay to check in and see if everything was going well. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was well-stocked, comfortable, quiet and had amenities beyond a typical rental. The furnishings were attractive, clean and comfortable. The rental process was smooth. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances and pots and pans, but has a small working space making anything but simple cooking prep difficult. The location had the advantage of being close to a great beach and easy access to the restaurants and sites in Portland. I would definitely recommend this location.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. Cozy, very close to the beach, and my dog was very relaxed there. The building seems like it has been well maintained and the shower was excellent with great water pressure and a rain feature from the ceiling. The surrounding area was quiet and also dog friendly.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

Our crew of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids/tweens) loved our New Years stay at Alyssa’s place! The open layout of the second floor combined with 1st floor/3rd floor bedrooms worked great for us, with plenty of space for both hanging out and privacy. Easy drive to Portland and local hikes, plus local beach access and nearby groceries and restaurants - even in the off season. The kitchen was well equipped and Alyssa was very responsive.

What a location! Right in the middle of Perkins Cove. The view from the back deck is EVERYTHING! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Approx 1 mile from town. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Loved the experience of staying in the heart of Perkins Cove!
