This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Very nice home. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The walls are a bit thin in the building so you may hear your neighbours a bit, but the appartment is very nice and cosy. In a quiet sidestreet, very near the high bridge, with a good specialty coffee roastary around the corner (called Torra) and nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Try out the LX Factory, with lots of hip places for food, drinks and arts. Rodrigo is a very nice host, so kind and responsive. Would recommend anytime

Joana was a great host. Very communicative and supportive. The outdoor space was perfect for our daughter and such a nice addition as feel it's rare in any city. Apartment was very clean and well laid out. Kitchen is well equipped and the shower is nice. Would definitely stay again. Location is great. Closest Beach is a 10min walk (down hill) and there are lots of lovely local restaurants nearby and tucked away from the main tourist area so feels a bit more cosy and local. Car park is secure but a short walk away, although you can park outside the apartment for short periods.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable also in terms of temperature, while it was a bit rainy outside (April). I also really enjoyed the pool on the roof, with the weather clearing later in the day, it was nice to spend some time there. The little shop nextdoor is really nice, small but with a great selection of everything, also fruit and vegetables. I walked to Casa da Guia at the coast, where there are several restaurants and shops, which is about 25 minutes. Close to there you can also rent a bike, to use on the nice bike path along the coast. Just make sure you check the comfort of the bike - it's not very good quality but some bikes are much worse than others. It is a beautiful coast line.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy, felt right at home. Even a nice private patio! Perfect quiet location, within walkable distance of great restaurants... But this review is not mainly about the place, is about the best host ever: Diogo! He was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and fruits, specially lemons from his garden! Just great!!! He spend time with us, explaining Lisbon, with a list of great suggestions for places to visit, restaurants, fado evenings and many more... This was really helpful for having the best Lisbon experience ever!!! We definitely recommend this place to stay and specially the best host ever! Thanks, Diogo!
