Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking when eating in. We enjoyed the variety of board games, movies, ping pong and several rounds of Mario Kart on the Wii. This is the kind of place you can tell the hosts stay in often and truly cares for. It really feels like home. Great location, easy access to beach and restaurants. I hope to stay again.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

We were in town for the Goon Fest and found this last minute. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great location. You're about a 10min walk from the beach. You also have a great view from the kitchen. The whole house was in good condition. There's a convenience store 5min away. overall great stay for the price.

I have stayed in Airbnb’s and VRBO a number of times over a ten year time frame. Cliff’s townhome is absolutely fabulous. Everything is top quality, well stocked with some nice welcome goodies plus a bottle of great wine. Cliff is very quick to respond and his instructions to get into the gated community made it easy to find. He gives detailed instructions on check in and check out which I really appreciated. This is my all time favorite place and I definitely will be back. Thank you Cliff for the wonderful stay to visit friends and family in the community I lived in previously. Everything was absolutely fabulous!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home is modern, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was excellent — they were quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to Redmond, very walkable to everything. 425 Fitness gym close by one the best!

Lovely close views of the Space needle, downtown Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the water, from your own private rooftop deck? What is not to love. We were blown away. Catherine and Daniel's home was private, updated, clean, beds were super comfortable, and home was spacious. Entrance to the home is lined with beautiful flowers and equally beautiful view of the water. I was a little concerned with the four floors and a crawling baby but we made it work easily. Hosts responded and were proactive with any question. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival and they showed up while we were at dinner to fix. We loved coming back home to this space and enjoyed the 3rd and 4th floors (kitchen, living, rooftop) the most. The first floor, two bedrooms, was a little out of the way so we just put the kids there to sleep and didn't spend much time there at all.

Blair's place was a very pleasant stay for the four of us. It was extremely clean, spacious and had a great rooftop spot. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the train that we used to go to T-Mobile park and the airport. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Blair was easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Seattle.

You can’t beat the location and Malia’s place is our go-to. We’ve been here multiple times and Malia is the best host and very accommodating with our pups.

This is the most serene and beautiful place ever. She has it decorated so wonderfully. Completely would live there and move in if I could lol. It is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern townhouse. The home is tucked away on a lovely and quiet residential street within walking distance to Volunteer Park and local coffee shops. We took advantage of the peaceful roof deck overlooking the tall cedar trees. And we appreciated the spacious modern bathrooms.

Amazing location — just steps from the village! The townhouse was quiet, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — both the bed and the sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped (they even had a teapot!), and the hot tub was a great bonus. Cale responded quickly to all our questions and gave helpful recommendations for things to see during our short stay. Everything was so well organized — from phone chargers to extra towels — making it very convenient for us. Thank you! Highly recommended.

My stay at Ron & Nikki's property far exceeded my expectations. It was a beautiful home that was nicely decorated and even had a customized welcome message on the scrabble board. There were plenty of amenities that I did not expect that I found quite convenient, in case I forgot something or needed a light snack. Ron & Nikki created a home away from home, and were willing to be flexible and accommodating as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB! The place was easy to find, very clean, and had all of the amenities that made for a homey stay over a holiday weekend. The set-up of the living area made family time after exploring Bend very comfortable and cozy. The hosts are excellent. We ran into a few issues during check-out (of no fault to the hosts — our car broke down in the garage and then we left a suitcase behind), and the hosts were incredibly understanding and communicative through it all. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mallorie's place. We loved being right next to the ocean and enjoyed the decks with the hottub and firepit. Mallorie was super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

This place has a beautiful backyard! And the place itself is really nice with a peaceful neighborhood. I love that they provide 2 bikes that we were able to use on a bike path that this reservoir has.

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

Quiet setting but close to all West Portland has to offer. Would stay again when in area.

Perfect for our mount shasta hiking trip. Clean, spacious and convenient walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a bit of cooking as well. Responsive host - all around easy stay!
