We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

We came for 11 days with two small children. Davide was very helpful in every matter we turned to him, even though he was not on site. His dad was very helpful. He brought us and took us to the station. As for the location, it is a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from the center. There is a grocery store, bars and pizzerias. The nearest Conad supermarket is about 2 km away. We walked to the beach with the little kids for about 5 minutes. I recommend this location to everyone.

We had a wonderful 7 days in this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to access it quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive to our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with beautiful views of the mountains. Shops are a 5-minute drive or even a walk away. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. Everything is in order and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of travelers, leaving some groceries to start the stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. The house is on a hill with beautiful views of the sea. It has a lovely garden with magnificent plants and a large pool that was well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and new. The house is exactly as described. The welcome by Valeria was very kind. She was always available by phone very quickly during our stay and took good care of us.

This was our second time staying at Barbara’s amazing house. It is truly paradise for us. The giant terrace with incredible views is really special. And inside is spotlessly clean, with a brand new kitchen. The location is perfect- in the old town while also being a 5 min walk to the beach down below. Finally, Barbara is an amazing host- communicative, responsive, and genuinely happy that her guests are happy. We feel so lucky to have found this gem in Sperlonga 🧡

An absolutely beautiful house, full of charm and very well thought out, there is everything you need, the location is great, less than 10 min from the beach on foot, super quiet and a garage for the car. Perfection

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids had a great time with the pool and all the sports equipment. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time in the house, everything we needed was at our disposal and everything was in order, we could not ask for more.
