We loved La Bouganville! We were a large Canadian family with a baby and everyone had a comfortable private space. The living rooms were cosy and the kitchen was practical. The location and the view were priceless! Luigi was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. And the fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular! Thank-you for the wonderful memories.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! Beautiful villa with a large garden, located within an area where you can access through a common gate. The area is quiet and you can't hear the noise of traffic. When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy as stated in the listing. The only negative note was the lack of blankets for the night, which would have been helpful because unfortunately we had a few days of bad weather with relative temperature drop. Other than that, we had a great time and would be happy to come back.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

I had a great stay! Particularly noteworthy is the garage, which was super practical - the car was safely stored. The kitchen was excellently equipped, everything was clean and functional - perfect for cooking yourself. And the washing machine was a real plus, especially for a longer stay very helpful. Overall a cozy accommodation with everything you need. The hostess is also available at any time and she tries to help as best she can. Clear recommendation!

This is such a beautiful property to stay on. It’s family history and architecture was extraordinary. The hosts were absolutely incredible and so gracious with us. We loved it! The property is so peaceful and the beaches are amazing. The town so cute great restaurants highly recommend.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

The vacation, from August 12 to 27, 2024 was really pleasant and comfortable in the home of Giuseppe and Monica, people of unique kindness and availability. The house is very large, very clean, tidy and above all fresh thanks to the air conditioners, it met the needs of 3 children and 3 adults. It was practically like being at home but with more space available. The beach and sea are very clean, but a few minutes away by car. Definitely if we return to the Fondi area for the holidays, we would like to stay with Giuseppe and Monica

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Everything was great from booking to the end (unfortunately :() of the holiday. The villa, actually two attached, turned out to be perfect for our needs; one full of boys and the other for us adults. Everything worked very well except for a broken fan. It really was a detail. There are several kitchens inside and outside with the possibility of cooking on the barbecue, in the oven or in a conventional way on the stovetops. The rooms on the upper floor are all conditioned while on the ground floor there are fans. The house is still cool in all rooms. The sea is about 1.5 km away, a pleasant walk all flat, but suitable for those who suffer little from the heat.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. Amelia and her husband were fantastic guests. Their house has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, etc. We didn't use the pool because it was low season, but I imagine it would be a nice addition to the property!
