Maria war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir sehr spät eingecheckt haben! Es gab alles, was man benötigt! Maria hat uns ein schönes Frühstück zubereitet. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Tolles Haus auf einem Hügel, WIFI zum arbeiten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Vittorio ist ein toller Gastgeber und ist stets bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir bestellten 1x ein Dinner, Vittorio servierte uns ein fantastisches Abendessen. Weiters bekamen wir bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und zum Abschied noch selbstgemachte Nduja. Jeden Tag gab's obendrauf noch frische Cornetti zum Frühstück. Grazie Vittorio!

A great and magic place with a family and warm atmosphere run by a very friendly host. From the terrace you can admire the beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea while eating a delicious dinner. There is an inhouse restaurant specializing in seafood dishes, which opens every evening. To the city center and the beach in Falerna approx. 20 minutes on foot. The whole family was very open, helpful and hospitable. Despite not knowing the Italian language, communication was without major problems. Thank you Antonio and family for such a warm welcome. Really recommend this place 🙌❤️

My stay in this beautiful little Italian town was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, my host, Francesco, was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly situated to explore the town’s charming streets, delicious local cuisine, and breathtaking scenery. Everything about my experience was lovely—the hospitality, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warmth of the locals. I truly felt at home and can’t wait to return soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Italian getaway! ❤️

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

I can’t say enough about this property. We fell in love with Pizzo and this B&B. Francesco was an amazing host. We recommend this place to everyone and if we ever pass this way again we will book this lovely place. Again, it was 100% everything.

Pasqualina è molto cordiale, spiega ogni cosa dell alloggio, ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio e disponibile per ogni Tua richiesta. Alloggio pulitissimo, funzionale adatto anche per una vacanza famigliare per vedere le belle spiagge calabresi.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

Bardzo ładny i zadbany apartament blisko plaży. Ma wszystko co potrzebne a na dodatek Maria Giulia zostawia poczęstunek dla gości co było bardzo miłe z jej strony. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Polecamy bardzo to miejsce i dziękujemy za gościnę.

Bruna si è rivelata una persona splendida, riservata e professionale. Sempre disponibile alle esigenze di chi soggiorna. La casa ha rifiniture di pregio, molto ampia. Ogni camera ha un proprio bagno. Cucina grande ed abitabile. Ampio giardino piantumato e ben curato. Vicino all’ autostrada, a due passi da Cosenza, vicino alla montagna e a un oretta dal mare.

Doris was a kind and generous host. We had trouble finding the place with the link provided but she came out to the street to set us straight. It was the end of a long day and we were glad to shower and go to bed. Doris was flexible with breakfast time and chatted as we ate. We had a little walk around before leaving back to walk to the train. Stairs up to the room are wide and accessible. Room has low slanted ceiling so guests should be able to negotiate this as well as step across top of stairs edge. Doris keeps hall lite well at night so you can see to access toilet.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la Residenza del marchesato soltanto per due notti ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Tonino e Romina sono stati molto ospitali ed attenti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Al mattino abbiamo avuto l'occasione di gustare, oltre ad un ottimo caffè e ad un delizioso cornetto, anche fichi ed uva appena colti nei dintorni. Insuperabile. L'abbondante colazione ricca di prodotti dolci e salati ha soddisfatto sia i gusti all'italiana sia quelli stranieri. La stanza ed il bagno molto spaziosi, pulizia impeccabile e letto confortevole. Al di fuori una graziosa piscina pulita ed igienizzata giornalmente e ombrelloni sdraio e lettini a disposizione degli ospiti; il tutto circondato da alberi da frutto. Tonino ci ha fornito numerose informazioni riguardo cosa visitare nei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato alloggiare presso questa struttura sia durante il periodo estivo per la vicinanze alla costa, sia durante i periodi autunnale e invernale in occasione delle manifestazioni nei dintorni come: la festa del cioccolato, la sagra della castagna e quella dei funghi. Questa residenza è un piccolo angolo di paradiso a poco meno di 10 km dalla movida Cosentina e un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Sila. A wonderful old and quiet house right in the heart of the town. Nice and helpful owner, Mrs. Anna. Everything is within walking distance (a few shops, a pizzeria). If you're coming by car, be very careful where the navigation sends you = and don't trust it too much. :)) The streets in the city are very narrow and steep (really!), in practice manageable only by small cars. I recommend parking at the post office and walking the rest.

Das B&B von Enzo ist nach einer Themewelt eingerichtet und man sieht seine Bemühungen bei der Gestalltung der Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, welche wir nicht genutzt haben, aber eine einfach Mahlzeit könnte man sicher zubereiten. Der Kühlschrank ist mit kaltem Wasser und Säften gefühlt. Enzo hat uns herzlich empfangen. Am morgen durften wir das Frühstück in der Bar vis à vis geniessen und er übernahm die Rechung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut!

This place was better than advertised. Serene location and luxurious accommodations. The nearby town was ok... It would have been nice to have a few more convenient restaurant options.
