We booked the accommodation the day before for the next day and arrived in this charming little house, impeccably clean, comfortable, with a private parking space. We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. The cleanliness is incredible; even socks stayed clean, with no dust or dirt. I am very thankful and wish Carolina all the best

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.
