Huge house and very close to the lake, parking is both free and paid below the house so there is always room. We had a great time together so we'll be back for sure.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, you only hear the birds chirping and the river flowing. The house is very private and is on an olive grove, so you are surrounded by greenery here. Monica is a wonderful woman, who has made her wonderful dream come true here in this beautiful place. She goes out of her way for her guests. By car, you can reach all kinds of beautiful places in nature or at nice small villages/towns nearby. The park Maiella is nearby and has beautiful walks through the mountains and along the river Orta. In the village a few kilometers away is a large supermarket and several restaurants can be found at a short distance. This place is recommended if you want to discover this region!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

Super apartment, a stone's throw from everything but in a quiet area where you immediately feel at home. The apartment is very detailed, you can see that there is love behind every choice: from the cozy furnishings to the layout of the spaces, everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness… impeccable! Nothing was missing, and Giuseppe and his wife were attentive, helpful and really kind. A home that we wholeheartedly recommend, and where we would gladly return.

We liked everything very much. Excellent apartment, fully corresponds to the description. 8 minutes walk to the metro.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!
