Un séjour parfait dans un lieu idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagé. Mme Khadija est une hôte accueillante, bienveillante et toujours disponible. Je recommande sans hésitation cette adresse pour un moment de calme et de confort. A refaire sans hésitation !

Sonne, Sand, Ruhe, Meer.. was will man mehr? Wir haben eine absolut schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Villa von Khalid und Elise verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist ganz am Ende der Residenz, sodass wir einem sehr schnellen Zugang zum Meer hatten und der Pool ist auch gleich neben dran. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten jede Nacht ein traumhaftes Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen gehört. Die Villa selber war für uns und unser Familie perfekt gemacht. Räume, Möbel, Privatsphäre waren perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Khalid war sehr sympathisch und wir haben super gute Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Zum Beispiel, dass Frauen aus dem nächsten Ortschaft leckeres und gesundes Brot, Msemen und Betbout backen und Bio Eier verkaufen, das war für uns einer der Highlights. Als Familie mit einem kleinen Kind und zusätzlichen Besuch aus der Verwandtschaft, können wir diese Villa bei Karim und Elise sehr empfehlen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Jahr dort.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hanae. L'appartement était impeccable, fidèle aux photos, et très bien situé. Bouznika, je connais bien, c’est un peu chez moi après Casablanca, et revenir ici dans de telles conditions a été un vrai plaisir. Dès la réservation, Hanae a été super réactive, facilement joignable et vraiment accueillante à notre arrivée. Tout était réuni pour se sentir comme à la maison. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Great location, the views from the upstairs terrace are amazing. Loads of space for a family to relax. Ouilidia beach is incredible, so much to explore and loads of fantastic restaurants including the Octopus on the complex. We will be visiting again.

In all our Airbnb experience this stands out as one of the very best places we've ever been to. It's spacious, very clean, beautiful, quiet and has a lot to offer: kitchen is well equipped, two bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms and several terraces. The Beach is right in front of the house and there's a mini-grocerie store next door. Omar is very reactive, communicative and friendly. Strong recommendation !
