The studio has a private terrace overlooking the garden with an outdoor table and chairs, Wi-Fi, a 32-inch TV with Netflix, and air conditioning. Breakfast is optional and costs €10 per person per day.

The property offers two accommodation options: a large open space, called Girasole, with a capacity of six people. The second option is a large two-room apartment, called Tulipano, with a capacity of four.
