We had a great stay. The place is so beautiful and private. The cabin was comfy and cute. The bed was so comfortable, we slept very well. The hot tub was incredible. Very much loved this place and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at the cabin. The area is very peaceful. Rebecca was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay with Rebecca again if ever in the area.

Setting was beautiful! Loved the hot tub on the porch and the views were stunning. Host was very nice, breakfast was awesome each morning, enjoyed the privacy. I would return for another stay anytime

This is the third or fourth time that we have stayed at this location and it has always been an exceptional place to stay for a relaxing an peaceful getaway. The location is beautiful and while it may be considered remote by some, it is easily accessible to surrounding attractions: Floyd, Meadows of Dan, Mabry Mill, Hillsville and Mount Airy. The home is exactly as advertised with great amenities. I highly recommend this location if visiting the Blue Ridge Parkway and we hope to be back soon.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time and the will definitely be coming back! The cabin was cozy and the view was breathtaking. The host was kind and very accommodating. The views, hiking, hot tub, and the lack of cell phone service made this trip and a wonderful way to disconnect from daily life to spend quality time with each other and relax. All around this is the best experience I’ve had with Air BnB and 100 percent recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway

Very quiet and peaceful location with farm/country scenery all around. Cabin was cozy and comfortable ... ideal for a couple. The host was very responsive and also informative about nearby points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property! We truly enjoyed our stay and everything the cabin had to offer. We especially loved all the games and outdoor activities. The cabin is stunning and immaculately maintained. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience!

Always a great stay at Teena’s cabins

Raven's Nest features an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains - by far the best thing about our stay. Rebecca was great at communication - and quick to respond to any questions. She also left a great travel guide for the area. In our experience, this is a great spot for a weekend trip, but we stayed for 4 nights with 2 young kids (6, 3) - and it started to feel a bit tight, especially with the single bathroom. Also, the house isn't great for young kids (basically the age of kids crawling around everywhere) - so if your kids love crawling on the floor - I'd take that into account - but if your kids are older and more mature - you're fine. If you're just a couple or less looking for a getaway - then I'd highly recommend this spot.

What an amazing stay! Such a cozy cabin and warm ambience. From cozying up inside by the fire to sipping coffee on the porch it was the relaxing stay that I so desperately needed. The porch is expansive and has extremely comfortable rockers, the bed upstairs with the soft lighting at night is romantic and relaxing, and the property was really enjoyable to walk around. The host was friendly and very responsive. I had a wonderful time with my fur babies and would definitely come back.

A home before our home! We stayed for a little over a month. It’s a beautiful location with trails, beautiful wildlife, a pond and creek that was a fan favorite, and a fenced in yard to let the kiddo and dogs run and rove. It had everything you would need and is conveniently in between Floyd and Hillsville AND the Blue Ridge Parkway! Mr. Bailey was friendly, informative, and his dog Rosie is a sweetheart!

What an enchanting cabin! It felt like staying at a cottage you read about in a storybook or fairy tale. The yard and surrounding landscape were absolutely stunning. There is a babbling creek right next to the cabin. We visited with our toddler and two dogs. There is a private trail on the property we walked a few times. Our dogs were able to be off leash the entire time with no signs of other people. The bedroom was so cozy, even in the chilly night. I slept much better than usual! We only had the privilege of staying one night, but I would gladly have stayed much longer if I had the opportunity.

I’ve never had a more incredible stay at an Airbnb. This was so perfect for my two little boys and I. We were visiting my dad in the MaX Meadows area and I wanted to splurge a bit on a beautiful home in the remote mountains. This fit everything I was looking for! The land is breathtaking. So green, luscious, and wide open. The home was IMMACULATE! And Davin was such a wonderful host. He promptly responded with any question or concern I had. I had cut my finger cooking dinner and he instantly responded, telling me where the first aid kit was for bandaids. My boys enjoyed the little loft upstairs with all of the books and stuffed animals available. I had the basement all to myself with such a comfortable king bed! The kitchen was so well stocked, I even over packed on groceries! Everything I needed to cook 3 meals a day for three days was available. I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Great place for a long weekend in Galax. We were in town for a concert at the Rex Theater and spent a few extra days. Far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough for the convenience of restaurants and shopping. Craig was super responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. Overall a great stay!

We had such an amazing time! The cabin is spacious and well-equipped kitchen, breathtaking mountain view’s, a great porch for relaxing. There are a few hiking trail’s within a mile from the cabin that we enjoyed. Bobby, is super communicative, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend Bobby’s place. Thank you Bobby!!

Our family had a wonderful time at John’s Hillside Hideaway! The cabin was cozy, clean, and full of charm, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved the peaceful setting, the well-equipped kitchen, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. Definitely pay attention to the instructions on how to get to the cabin. It’s definitely tucked away! Such a great place!Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity Cabin! The cabin was comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured. Our host Debbie was a pleasure to communicate with and even offered to update the cabin's decor for the holidays ahead of our arrival.

Randy was extremely accommodating to our party of nine. He was very solicitous throughout our entire stay. He was responsive and no matter our question he had an answer albeit with honesty and humor. The location is extremely private and beautiful. We were able to take many pictures of sunsets over the orchard and have an outdoor fire in the great fire pit. Our teenagers went down to the stocked pond and caught several fish. The cabin is cozy and we were plenty warm in the cold of November. If you want a quiet place with a great friendly host, I highly recommend the cabin in the orchard!

We stay at Robins place every hunting season!!! Down a dirt road. Sweet little house, great view. Very peaceful, nice neighbors. This was our 3rd year in a row. Can’t wait until next year.

Amazing stay here! Perfect for a quiet getaway in the woods. The views are incredible and only a 2 hour drive from Charlotte. Pamela was super communicative and answered any questions I had very quickly. Recommend
