Vacation rentals in Carroll County

Third time was a charm! We will continue to keep coming back each year. The prior two stays were only one night, this was our first two night stay. Much needed and recommend. It was nice to have 3 days and 2 nights to do all the exploring around town and hanging back around the fire. Also happy to experience Fall here, so beautiful! Amazing hosts and views, per usual!

The blue cabin was inviting, cozy & peaceful. It had everything we needed, only had to bring clothing, some toiletries, and groceries. It was easy to find and secluded yet close to everything we may need. We were just looking for a getaway and found so much more! We will be back!!

This was our 5th stay here. Sandy is super helpful. The home is very comfy.

The cabin was perfect for our short stay. It had thoughtful touches, all the basic kitchen supplies needed to cook, a comfortable bed, and amazing views—what else can you ask for? If the nightly train noice might bother you, you may want to bring earplugs or close the window/door upstairs before you go to bed. (It was worth it for us for the fresh air!) The host very kindly offered us a late checkout since her cleaning service was going to be late getting there anyway. (We wouldn’t have thought to ask if that was even possible.) Thanks, Bekah!

We were able to check in a little early since we arrived earlier than anticipated, quaint little apartment full of charm and history. upstairs tenants were quiet, perfect for 3-4 people. just a half block from downtown

Although I'd have like to pay less for our 1-night stay, Kathy's house was immaculate and very charming. She lives next door, and she came over to introduce herself once we arrived. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could ask for. The neighborhood is quiet, and the whole house has a relaxed atmosphere with little extras including cozy blankets in the living room. This is an unexpected gem in Savanna.

This cabin is exactly what I was looking for, I wish I had more time to explore. Next time I pass thru this way I will definitely stay here again and enjoy hearing the river current all night. Best sleep in years thank you.
