We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. As we were arriving late, we were concerned about a late checkin but it was not a problem. Our host was flexible and very responsive. Whenever there was a question, we were able to get an answer quickly. The house is lovely and a short walk to the shops and beach. Plenty of restaurants to try out. I only wish the weather had been a bit better! Thank you Victoria for hosting us.

First line apartment with magnificent views/Front beach

After staying a few days in the center of Barcelona, Silvia's place was a welcomed calm retreat on right on the beach. Silvia's communication, check in instructions and personalized touches around the apartment did not go unnoticed. Her place is impeccably well kept and quite honestly, the photos do not do it justice. The views to the beach and the walkability of the neighborhood are unmatched and I'd highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beachfront stay just outside of the city. Having arrived slightly earlier than planned, my mom had the chance to meet and speak with Silvia and go to know her briefly before she provided endless amounts of honest recommendations of her local favorite spots. Silvia's place didn't feel like the typical big business run property lacking those special personal touches and it was quite refreshing to see.

Upon arrival we were informed that the apt we booked was not available so another apt was substituted. Therefore I cannot give feedback re: the apt in the listing BUT the substitution was located right in the Barcelona cathedral square just a very short walk to Las Ramblas and many other historic quarters. Great shopping, restaurants, bars, art installations, street musicians and artists. Very vibrant and fun. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, waterfront and so many other attractions. The washer and Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water

Simply a lovely apartment with the most beautiful views of the city and water. Alberto was nice to help when I contacted him-we also had to check out a little later. I wouldn't recommend using the kitchen for larger meals, but it can be used for cold meals. We had a great stay and will definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona, the apartment was particularly well located... Close to public transit to all strategic locations. Accommodation is as described, spacious… Well equipped. We had a lovely stay. The location of the apartment is fine – the U-Bahn is right around the corner, which is very convenient. However, you should take into account that you will be traveling about an hour each way to get to the main attractions. For us, it was sometimes a bit tedious, but overall the stay was pleasant.

Very good villa, very quiet and large. Ideal for a family or a group of friends who would like to spend time near Barcelona. Please note that it takes an average of 40 minutes to get to the heart of Barcelona by car.

Absolutely loved this place! The pictures and description of the home was accurate and Jose Enrique was a great help throughout our stay. We loved the outdoor area and had great communication with him whenever we needed anything. While it is a bit far away from the city it is completely worth it for some peace and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The photos are true to reality. The garden is very nice and very well maintained by Susanna who maintains him daily. We were able to enjoy the large swimming pool which is very nice with the high heat of the area as well as the fruit and vegetables from the garden. Susanna and Juan are very welcoming and share their knowledge of the area . We had a great holiday!
