Very nice location and spacious apartment. Clean and professionally managed. Everything in good working order and felt immediately at home. Only downside is the vibrations from the underground train but not a massive issue.

Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely apartment in Barcelona! Jordi gave me clear instructions on where and when to meet for check-in. As previous guests have mentioned, there are narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not be so easy with a big suitcase or for less mobile people. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn't bother me. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was so happy there was air conditioning during the Barcelona summertime. :)

Great stay

A safe, clean apartment in Barcelona, with excellent A/C and a quiet environment. I travelled alone for 4 nights and was happy with my stay. Having been to Barcelona many times, this apartment stood out for its large kitchen, washer/dyer, air conditioner and exceptionally quiet environment. I love the neighborhood; not very touristy. This would be a great unit for a couple, or even those with a small child; there is tons of space for clothing. Very large by BCN standards. I would have liked basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, which were advertised in the listing. The shower has a gel dispenser only. And, I would have liked a blanket for the bed, not just sheets. This apartment is managed by an office onsite but they are only open weekday business hours. As an Airbnb Superhost and responsive to my guests' needs 24/7, I am used to providing basic amenities to my guests, especially when the price is premium (I paid $1400 USD for 4 nights...should have had shampoo...).

Very well equiped flat in a central location. Host is responsive and kind. Would recommend but only thing to consider is climbing very narrow stairs to 6th floor 😊

Great apartment in an amazing location! Wow, the view from the terrace is so nice. We loved sitting on the terrace. Very central location. Apartment has everything you need for a few days in Barcelona. Yummy coffee shops with sandwiches and pastries right downstairs for breakfast. Walkable to pretty much everything.

Excellent location with everything on your doorstep yet still private and quiet at night. The market next door is a real plus, as is the balcony (benefit of being up on 5th floor!). Diana and Darren are super hosts with great communication and advice. Welcome snacks from their friends businesses were very much appreciated. Thank you Diana and Darren!

This is a gem of a place, well appointed, uncluttered and within walkable distance to pretty much everywhere! It is on a noisy street but that just adds to the cosmopolitan feel to the stay in Barcelona. We were there when Barcelona FC won something major and we, in the flat, felt very much part of the celebrations which was fun. Lots of great restaurants all around, an excellent supermarket opposite and so close to everything. The bed was comfy after a day exploring which is SO important. I highly recommend Julia’s apartment.

I had a dream 2 day stay at Esparteria’s gorgeous gothic quarter apartment. The decor and furniture were prefect. Loved all the windows and terraces. Although in a historic and touristy area, you can’t beat the ease to the water and top restaurants. I loved walking the cobble stone streets and seeing the old buildings with foliage. Bed was comfy too. Great area if you have the shopping itch. The market luggage storage place nearby was the best as well. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Tina was a great host. She was extremely responsive to questions and followed up to make sure everything was good. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walkable to metro, the Sagrada Familia and had several restaurants and grocery markets nearby. We had a great stay!

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

The cozy apartment, very well located. It has everything you could possibly need. The reception was correct, very friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth it.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!
