For winter skiing and summer activities as well, Sugarloaf is just 30 minutes away. The cabin is just off the main road to minimize weather issues. Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Nicely furnished with new appliances, a new hot tub, and all the amenities, this little cabin is the perfect getaway!

Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! This 1100 square foot cozy cabin in the woods is 8 miles north of Sugarloaf ski resort, 25 minutes north east of Rangeley Lake and 5 minutes from Flagstaff Lake. It is equipped with dimmable recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, a front porch, and back deck. There is a loft with a queen bed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. Wifi is available on sight as well as a 55" Roku smart TV. This cabin has had many recent updates primarily on the first floor and loft areas.
