We had a great time at Eric’s brookside condo. The location is right by the roadrunner trail, so very convenient. The unit is clean and well stocked with games and puzzles.

This was our second stay at the fun house, and we were reminded very quickly why we fell in love with it the first time. It truly feels like home while also nestled just steps away from the mountains. We had everything we needed for a family reunion to be full of love laughter and food. Thanks, Amanda for answering questions quickly and being a great host! We will be back!!

Cannot thank Brianna enough for allowing us to rent her place for Reggae Fest. From the townhouse, to the decor, to the skiing, to her communication and selflessness, this was truly one to remember. As a 10yr skier of Sugarloaf, making the pilgrimage to Reggae Fest every year… this was undoubtedly the best weekend that we have had in 10 years. Thank you so much.

Chris was a great host! He was very responsive and the house was beautiful. My friends and I really admired the home. Highly recommend staying here! Especially during peak foliage season.

What a great place! Truly a few steps out the door and your clicking on your skis to access the lift! Very spacious, plenty of room for the family to spread out. Easy parking, super clean and well stocked with bath towels as well as paper products; everything you need to make for an easy stay. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

Lani’s place was amazing for our weekend getaway up to Sugarloaf! There were 6 of us and it was very spacious, yet so homey and cozy. The hot tub was a great addition — especially after a long day of skiing! The shuttle service to the mountain was very convenient too. Lani was very responsive and helpful. We will be going back again soon! Definitely don’t pass up this place!

Easy to find, right on the ski slope, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and saunas. Shower water was sometimes cold, other times worked fine or was really hot. The room was perfect and owner was responsive. I would stay here again, especially during ski season.

Been here twice now, both times were fantastic with more to come. Eric is super helpful and the spavce is great, and notably ski on/off from a double lift into Sugarloaf (does require a short hike, and pending Sugarloaf conditions, but was able to use it in early April without issue). Would come back and totally recommend. Space is clean, comfortable, and kitchen is in good shape for cooking at home. Also close to Sugarloaf itself with nearby shops and places to dine.

Wonderful weekend. The spot was ski-in and out making it truly accessible. The outdoor hot tub was a nice way to end the day. It's a little odd to access through the pool but the over experience was great! Highly recommend.

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

Had a great stay and the location for skiing was fantastic... ski in ski out.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace was cozy. The ski storage and parking were convenient. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Matt!

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Lauren’s place was the perfect place to stay for a ski weekend, Once we checked into the place we did not have to drive anywhere as the shuttle service picked us up right at the end of the road and we could ski all the way back to the place.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

We had a wonderful stay! Despite some bad weather and a power outage on the mountain, there was always something to do and Lorna’s place was very comfortable and cozy. When we had questions Lorna was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great stay! As described. Pretty much 20 steps, strap in and 50 yards to the Snubber lift. Will consider again next time I head up to The Loaf...

Doug is absolutely a superhost. His condo was as advertised and perfect for two families. My children and our best friend’s kids had the greatest time of their lives staying at Doug’s place. If you are looking to create lifelong memories with those closest to you, whether its family or your closest friends you can do it right here. Doug was incredible and responsive, we hope to have another opportunity to stay in the future.

The place was great and cozy. My kids loved it and the setup. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Good communication.

Cozy little place, the building and condo are a little outdated. If location is important, this is a great option. Ski right out the door to the gondola.

Very good experience overall. Had everything we needed for our stay in the unit. Julia the host was very quick to respond to questions and transparent/accommodating of possibility for early check-in/parking/etc. Will definitely be booking through her again!
