We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

perfect stay close to the beach. the outside is very nice with places to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. The decor is very nice. The accommodation is functional and well-equipped. The exchanges with Sarah were perfect.

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Luc's villa is very nice in a very quiet and panoramic area. The apartment is modern and rational with a nice kitchen, living room and the rooms are spacious enough, not the very small bathrooms of the two bedrooms with single beds. Uncomfortable single toilets without a sink for Italians accustomed to the toilet in the bathroom and without bidets. Access to the apartment with 24 steps to go down not convenient for elderly people or mobility problems, another 20 steps to reach the beautiful pool with bathroom and shower service and full kitchen. We found this area not as clean as the pool that was basically left to our exclusive maintenance, we are owners of pools and therefore we have dealt with doing even more than necessary, but it does not seem fair and could generate disputes with the property. A disassembled and broken umbrella that cannot be used, so shade on the sun loungers only for three stations. There are no underwear towels in the linens. Kitchen knife shop not sharp. Parking is exclusively on the public road and therefore not protected. However, overall we had a very good time and the area is really nice with many possibilities of trips and beaches.

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles took great care of us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, present on site, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend without so much as a second thought

One of the nicest homes we have ever had. Fantastic garden really beautifully landscaped. The cottage is so beautiful, from every place you can see the sea and the garden. You can even see the sea from the bathroom, wow. Everything is very nicely decorated. Just across the street is a mini market and a pizzeria. We will be back. Merci Fabrice 🙏🙏

Lovely beachfront place with an amazing view straight out of the living room. It was clean and well furnished and we felt great there. Even though we stayed only one night, we made sure to get up early for a walk around the beach and to experience the markets there, and it was great. The evening nightlife wasn't exactly our vibe but I'm sure loads of other people would enjoy it, and we didn't have any problems at all with noise despite the lively restaurants below. Overall, an amazing place which was well worth the money.

The apartment is cozy, located in an area full of greenery, with a beautiful, very well-kept garden, not far from the most famous beaches. The cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely nothing was missing and communication with the host, very available, was practically immediate. In short, it's really impossible to find any flaw.

We were very warmly welcomed by Alan and he explained everything to us in a very understandable way in English. On the positive side, Alan responded individually and flexibly to our planning with the check-in time. The communication itself was very good. You can reach him at any time by WA message if you need tips for the trip or have other questions. The apartment is beautiful, modernly furnished, impeccably clean and offers everything you need in terms of amenities. The view from the balcony is outstanding both day and night. The house itself is very quiet. A bakery is within walking distance in about 10 minutes down in the village center. Private parking is available. The air conditioning works well, but we managed well with evening ventilation and the existing fans. For 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment is absolutely perfect and we were able to relax well and enjoy the beautiful area. Thank you very much!

The accommodation is well located, in a quiet area and matches the listing description. the +, city center 10 minutes' walk and beaches 20 minutes. Secure parking is very nice. I would recommend this rental.

Perfect! Beautiful location right next to the sea. Loved sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Shops, restaurants and a gorgeous bakery within a short walk. Easy bus service in to the lovely old town with a stop right outside. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

Marc's place is exactly as described. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not insignificant. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you're staying in the Var.

Very sweet house. On site is everything you need. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

It was all great. Great sea view. There was even a coffee machine and otherwise the apartment was well equipped. Malin was very flexible when checking in and out.

The apartment right on the beach was simply wonderful. Everything was furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable there. The landlords were super nice. The communication in advance was also fast and very helpful. We had a great time and can fully recommend the place. We will be happy to come back.
