Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Had an awesome stay at Alexanna’s place! Super clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for getting around, and the check-in process was super easy. It’s just a 6 minute ride from the airport terminal which is great and very convenient. Alexanna was super chill and quick to reply if I had any questions. Loved the vibe of the place—it felt really cozy. Definitely bookmarking this spot for next time!

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

Just do yourself the favor and book this cozy and squeaky clean home!! Look no further, trust me! Carlos home is top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My husband and I visited PR to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t asked for a better host and place to stay, we’re glad we booked Carlos place. Carlos responded as soon as we message him, no wait time. He was very very flexible with check in/out time and we’re super appreciative. When we stepped in the apartment you could smell and see pure cleanliness. The apartment isn’t short of anything, everything is available to make you feel at home. The bed is cozy and the AC is super cold. Security is top notch all around, from the gate straight to the apartment itself. We felt super safe!! The beach is right outside the doorway. Carlos provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cooler was there. I cannot find a thing to complain about, it’s all postivity. These photos don’t do any justice to what you’ll see in person. We can’t wait to stay a

My husband and I had the best time here! It feels like your own slice of heaven. Very peaceful and private. The place is beautifully and intentionally designed, not to mention how clean it was and very close to lots of great places to eat and the beach! We would highly recommend this place to anyone (unless we're planning another trip at the same time, haha). We'll definitely be staying here again!

Gabriella was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to our flight and she helped out with that. The Airbnb itself was very delightful and very clean. The view of the beach was nice and easy access in and out the place. Overall, the Airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. Yes, the airplane noise is loud, but she provides earbuds. A enjoyable stay and would recommend.
