Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this gîte (adjoining on one side with another gîte for 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the local area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Gîte du Mesnil 25 Km from Mont Saint Michel

The Mesnil gîte is located in a large farmhouse, 4 minutes from the A84. We welcome you with pleasure and a late self check-in is possible thanks to a key box. There is no cleaning fee on the sole condition that you leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. If you don't meet this condition, you'll be charged €50. Pets should not be left alone in the accommodation.
