Jen’s place was very peaceful and has all necessary things to make your stay enjoyable and unique. I loved the tranquility and the view from her balcony is wonderful every morning and evening. The weather for me was the best as I like cold breeze. She was very attentive, responsive and respectful all times. I will definitely stay again in her place if I come back to Rionegro area. Apartamento impecable, super aseado todo, super cerca al parque se presta para hacer todas las actividades de la zona, el apartamento muy completo con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Alejandro súper atento a cualquier necesidad, el precio es muy bueno para todo lo que ofrece.

el sitio es muy ameno y queda en una zona muy tranquila del pueblo lo que es ideal para descansar, tiene un parque justo al frente por lo que al ir con mis mascotas fue perfecto. El apartamento es muy cómodo, bonito y apenas para unos días de descanso. Tiene ducha de agua caliente y muy buen internet lo que es muy bueno.

Excelente alojamiento, buena ubicación, moderno, todo muy limpio, organizado, cocina bien dotada con todo lo necesario. Juan José siempre estuvo muy pendiente y atento para resolver cualquier inquietud. Muy recomendado

Excelente lugar para quedarse, si vas con vehículo particular, es maravilloso poder contar con parqueadero dentro de la vivienda, además la anfitriona es un ser maravilloso que está siempre dispuesta ayudar y escucharte si tienes alguna necesidad, en definitiva lo recomiendo.

Urban Studios is a great place to stay when visiting Medellin. This is my second time staying at this location and love the building , the security staff and Sandra and team are great. I highly recommend!!

A rough start turned out great. The good. Sebastian: This man goes above and beyond, he’s great and made my stay one to remember forever. Booked a couple excursions with him and he went out of his way every time to make sure we had fun every time. I even forgot my passport at the room while at the airport and they made it happen and got me my documents on time. Thank you! Location: This Airbnb is located right at the tail end of Provenza. Great location for local nightlife! Look’s just like the picture’s. Few things to note: Only one hot tub has heat and it did not work most of my stay, the other is just a mini pool. The bath in the third bedroom is just that, a big bath with a shower. Communication in app need’s work, too many hosts with no communication between each other made thing’s super frustrating with me in the beginning. I’d clear up an issue with one host and another would message me about the same thing over and over. Shower goes from hot/cold quickly.

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I highly RECOMMEND. 👍🏾👌🏾

Great apartment in the heart of poblado. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and good for the three of us. Host was very responsive answering all questions and giving us great recommendations.

Manuela is amazing! I’ve stayed here again and again, and it’s always a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and this incredible host. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a perfect 1-bedroom layout in Medellín. The outdoor space is one of my favorite parts—the jacuzzi is large, warm, and perfect for relaxing, and there’s even a cute hammock where you can chill and enjoy the vibes. The building staff are also fantastic—always friendly and professional. Manuela is incredibly helpful, offered great recommendations, and answered all my questions quickly. She even helped me out with a few things I needed during my time in the city. Absolutely love this spot—can’t wait to come back!
