Vacation rentals with a patio in Carmen de Viboral

Super recommended accommodation, super attentive hosts on our arrival, Mr. Luis very friendly, attentive and gave us local recommendations, it is a third floor, very clean and has everything you need to spend a few days with your family, the apartment is perfect for location, privacy and ideal for rest, I would book it again. Divine the apartment, everything is very nice, it is well equipped, the terrace where the jacuzzi is is very nice and in general the whole place corresponds to what was mentioned in the advertisement. Note that unlike other Airbnbs, you won't find any basic foods to cook, such as salt or oil. However, they do have a courtesy where a bottle of wine and coffee is included. Thank you for this. Also for you to keep in mind you will not find kitchen towels or cleanings. Otherwise everything was perfect, it is very good located and within the common areas you have many amenities. It is very good, equipped with towels, blankets, pillows and necessary kitchen utensils.

The apartment was fantastic, just as described in the posting. The photos matched the actual apartment perfectly. It was well-secured and had an amazing restaurant on the first floor. The food was delicious, and it was very convenient. The pool was as described and has an amazing view. The location was okay, it was quite safe. However, there weren’t many walkable establishments (cafes, restaurants, etc.), but they are just a short Uber ride away. Getting an Uber was easy. There’s a grocery about a block away. The biggest draw for my family and me was the number of young women who came and went from the complex. This had nothing to do with the host. It’s just a heads up for families traveling together to be aware of.

Carlos communicated well, and the condo was very clean and perfect for a group stay. 5/5 — highly recommend.

I stayed here before, and returned; meaning, the building, the security, the restaurant, the apartment, and the management are all lovely.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.

We enjoyed the stay in Urban Studio from A-Z. The place was very clean and had everything you need. The location was ideal and quiet. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I can recommend the property from the heart

Beautiful apartment infront of gardens within walking distance of restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly security at entrance. The host Jorge Luis replied quickly to any requests and gave suggestions on what to do, where to eat etc.
