Beautiful apartment in a perfect location for discovering Palermo. Luca gave us a lot of advice and is very responsive. The luggage storage service provided is a real plus. This allowed us to freely enjoy Palermo after checkout

This place has so much character and is very charming! it's full of decorations has multiple balconies to enjoy, in addition to the actual living space. Comfortable king size bed was great too. The location is right in the centre of Balestrate, which is a small community, but actually has a ton of places to eat and drink! The most outstanding part was the host Marnie though! she was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay and took great care to make us feel welcome and at home. She left lots of nice extras for us at the home, which made us feel so special. I would highly recommend!

Alessandro is a great host, he was very friendly and warm in his welcome. She took the time to talk to us about the area and give us recommendations for amazing places and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and nice, I recommend it 100%, it has everything you need for a great stay, it is located in a strategic and quiet area but close to the most important places in the city. We would come back a thousand times to stay there.

I was in the flat for one month The place is really outstanding, close the the center, it's 2 min. Via Roma is of course a loud street, but I don't mind the noise. The flat itself is great, beautiful and fully equipped. I like the kitchen especially. The view from the window is beautiful. Mary is a nice and helpful host, that did everything for me to feel comfortable. Strongly recommend.

Accommodation true to its description. Nestled in the beautiful village of Balestrato, it has a wonderful location for walking to both the beach and the main street, full of restaurants. In addition, the house has everything you need to cook, eat and spend time together during your stay. Finally, thanks to Daniele and his wife for their hospitality and kindness. Totally recommended!

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

Amazing stay. Perfect location in the middle of everthing. Very friendly host - perfect with both pick up and drop off at the airport. Highly renommended for anyone going to Mondello.

The place looks warm, cozy with all amenities and very clean! The host is very welcomed and recommended us what to see in Terrasini and around! We had a great stay there and definitely we want to come back!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort. Accurate and kind welcome, they made the house fresh, with coffee and bottles of water, house equipped with every accessory and even immediately we could cook something. Two wonderful terraces, on opposite sides, one always cool and ventilated, well-kept and pleasant. I couldn't find a flaw, believe me. We thank Mr. Giuseppe and Alessandro infinitely for their availability and infinite patience and courtesy.

Wonderfully warm hosts! The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Nothing too much or too little. The kitchen is equipped in such a way that you can cook and prepare everything well. The apartment is tip-top clean and equipped. The beautiful view of the sea, the coast and olive trees in the garden from the terrace make the stay perfect. Azzurra was always available and very supportive- no matter what- perfect hostess! We felt very, very comfortable and welcome.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Silvio is a great host and was open to all questions and always available. The location of the apartment is unique. The kitchen is small but sufficient. By public transport it is easy to reach the somewhat more distant sights or the beach. Palermo is definitely worth a trip.

everything great, only the bed was a little read, very hard pillows, and a little noisy on the bedroom side at night. Very warm hostess

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. Plus, there's private parking under the house, proximity to the city's attractions, and a beautiful view of the mountains. We'll definitely want to come back someday:)
