We stayed in Fabrice's apartment which is a little gem. The decor is great. The apartment is very well equipped and functional and the location is ideal. We highly recommend this rental. Frankly, ideally located rental ( close to...everything:the sea, the beach, the town center, the port,..everything!) the rooms are large, bright, nickels! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is large and well equipped, finally everything is tip top! And Lise is really "present" to ensure the well-being of her tenants! In fact, you feel at home, and it's very nice!

Beautiful apartment, clean and functional. Very nice sea view in a neighborhood very close to a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Access to the center of Carantec via a very pleasant greenway. Isabelle's place is also perfect for exploring the area.

The accommodation is ideally located with magnificent views of the bay, close to the city center around the walled city. The accommodation is very well furnished, with beautiful decoration and comfortable.

Well located accommodation: 2 minutes from the white sand beach, and the GR34 - on the GR34 there is also a pretty beach but you have to walk 25 minutes - also we are only 15 minutes from the walled city, the city center, the sea museum, the Marinarium, the port, the market and many restaurants! Clean, peaceful apartment with a nice little terrace. Concarneau is a nice quiet town and less touristy than Beg Meil!

Everything was perfect The ideal location for visiting Quimper, nice views from the windows over the rooftops of old Quimper, and a very comfortable bed. Thank you Patrice!!

We had a lovely weekend at Maison Efflam, enjoyed the breathtaking views and walks on the shore … From the small village of Locquirec. The house is perfect for six, all the comforts in equipment, the weather allowed us to have a barbecue at lunchtime. Renaud is very available and was very welcoming on our arrival and departure.
