Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Laëtitia's house. It's perfectly located for accessing the various landing sites. There's nothing missing from this rental. It is very clean, quiet and well-equipped. Thanks to Brigitte for hosting us. We highly recommend this rental.

The house is incredibly cute, beautiful large garden that can be enclosed, ideal if you want to come with dogs. Clean, and everything we needed was present, and more! Everything has been thought of, from paper towels to pepper and salt. Plenty of closet space. A prime location as a base from which to explore the historical surroundings. Tip, the D-Day experience! Daniele and Benoit are very friendly people. If we ever want to come back again, we will definitely check if the house is available. Thank you for the good care.

Cute little house, very well-equipped in an idyllic setting, very quiet, ideal for relaxing and recharging, and very welcoming and super friendly hosts.

What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

A responsive and available host. Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation for spending time in the rental (swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, billiards...). Outside, the village is quiet and the sea is quite close.

Wonderful house for good times with friends/family. Lots of equipment available especially for children and older children. Dom is a great host, go there without a second thought.

Sandrine and Yves were the perfect hosts from the initial booking up until we left. Nothing was too much trouble, they provided great recommendations for local restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs and exactly as advertised. The surroundings were very peaceful, we had a great week’s stay at La Blanchere. We will definitely be back to stay again.

A stunning location to rest and relax as well as use as a base to explore the raft of amazing surrounding areas. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean - Sandra was an excellent host. Lovely house for a family holiday. The bedroom layout upstairs worked really well for us. The pool was a huge success for my children, the depth is the same throughout. Adults were able to touch the bottom easily. Pool area is spotless and great for relaxing after a day out. Peaceful and private. The garden isn’t quite as big as the photos but it’s a great size and we didn’t need it any bigger. Thierry is very responsive to any questions asked. Close to local town and supermarket was an easy 10min drive away. Loved the storks!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

We had a pleasant stay, fully enjoying the Jazz Festival under the apple trees. The accommodation is comfortable. well equipped and it is much prettier in real life and the garden with its view of the pond and the woods.

A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

Celine spoiled us with great hospitality, a great location and the best French food we had on our entire 10 day trek through France. Easy access to the Normandy beaches and a quiet relaxing location to escape the hustle.
