Noddfa was built in the summer of 2020 initially as a writer's retreat for the owner. It is located in a magical spot deep in the 60 acres of private woodland belonging to Coed Hills Rural Artspace, a low impact community of friendly, artistically-inclined, wonderful people - 14 of which live scattered about the site in their own hand-built dwellings. Noddfa is very much the owners personal space with lots of evidence of his life and interests. It offers comfortable off-grid peace and seclusion.

The apartment is in a gated complex, with the use of a swimming pool, gym, ( subject to availability) This 5th floor apartment has one double bedroom, with a king size bed, a double wardrobe! A bathroom with a shower and bath, a living room leading on to a balcony! Also a fully fitted kitchen which includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine

Oak Cottage - an inclusive peaceful haven

A very central yet peaceful apartment offering gracious rooms. Although this is part of our home, when guests come they have exclusive use of these rooms originally set apart as my mother’s annex. The large lounge has comfortable furniture and opens to a small kitchen with room to dine. The two bedrooms have bathrooms - upstairs bedroom has limited headroom and the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Sunroom opens to a shared pool May to Sept and has two sofa beds. Including a fully enclosed woodland garden, a hot tub, a summer house, and a fire pit. Great for kids and dogs. Bristol Airport and the M5, J21, country pubs, takeaways, shops, and all the facilities of Weston Super Mare are 15/20 mins away. There is space for one car. No on street parking available.
