Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Carbon County

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. We love to try different places with extra charm, and this place didn’t disappoint! Jim and Dee went above and beyond thinking of all the little Things when they put together this little zen gem. Tons of detail, lots of extra touches, snacks, wine, the famous muffins! Jim gave us a rundown on the history of the pizza capital and surrounding areas. Communication was great, recommendations were spot on for our pizza hopping adventure. We enjoyed walking the cemetery too down the road. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are back in the area!

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Perfect home base for Pocono outdoor activities! Our family had a wonderful stay here. The condo is cozy, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. This is clearly a treasured family vacation home, not a used-and-abused party house (plenty of those in the Poconos, sadly). It's a short 5-minute drive to Big Boulder, one of my favorite low-key local ski spots. A surprise perk was the free firewood provided by the community; after a long day on the slopes, it's lovely to relax by a crackling fireplace. For EV drivers, there is a bank of 5 or 6 chargers a short walk down the parking lot. We visited over a holiday weekend and never had to wait for a charger.

We have stayed multiple times and plan to stay again. The location is marvelous for walking through the historic district to downtown Bethlehem or even across the river to the campus of Lehigh University. The rooms are spacious and the sunny breakfast room is cheerful. The kitchen is perfectly functional.

It was a great place to stay; the house was in a safe neighborhood, cozy, and had plenty of space for 9 of us. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and the game room downstairs was very cool. Community amenities (volleyball/basketball courts, etc.) were maintained properly and easy to access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth and Donovan’s place. Not only was everything exactly as described, clean, and comfortable, but they were the most responsive and proactive hosts. I’m very familiar with the community, having lived just a few doors down growing up and knowing the former owners of their home, so to say this was the perfect respite for my family and I is an understatement. We are already planning to return next year — we love the community and its proximity to everything in both Jim Thorpe and the general Pocono area. Their home felt like our home and we can’t thank them enough for sharing their space with us.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Yuriy and Nina s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing helpful local tips and recommendations. The space itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I loved the, like a great view, a hot tub, or a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—close to a beautiful lake making it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed infrared sauna and steam room, highly recommended!! Overall, I highly recommend [Host’s Name]’s place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can’t wait to return!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were great amenities that really enhanced our stay. The game room was a ton of fun and gave us plenty to do in the evenings. Tom was very welcoming, incredibly responsive, and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—highly recommend!

Stayed the weekend here and it was great, the game room was a huge asset,especially since our first day/night had very rainy weather. The house was clean and well stocked. The back yard was our highlight. Nothing better than having a fire right on the lake ! Will be back for sure!!

Great cozy place to stay, with all there is to offer not too far from the cabin. A clean house with beautiful interior to make you feel right at home, huge backyard and very peaceful area. It was definitely worth the stay and highly recommend this cabin.

Elizabeth has a wonderful property and is an excellent host. I’ve only used AirBnB twice, both with Elizabeth, and almost feel spoiled as I doubt any host can’t match her hospitality. She is great, and I’d recommend her to anyone.

We had a family trip and this place is awesome. It felt like home. Well maintained, clean and organized. Pool access is also good to have and its on the back of property. Overall I can't say how good the place is. Its too awesome.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

Great spot right on the lake. Boulder lake is private so not as noisy as Lake Harmony but minutes away. This unit is on the far side so very private, but still a short walk to the pool. The back deck looks directly over the lake and has a grill. The place was very clean and had all the extras we needed to enjoy dinners, games, and some tv. Thanks Eva.

This home was perfect for us. Beautiful location, quiet but right near the pool and hot tub - gorgeous view of the lake. The home is beautifully decorated, was spotless and had great attention to details like coffee pods, tea and water bottles. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a large tv in every bedroom. The only downside was we weren’t allowed to use the wood burning fireplace but that is understandable. Maria responded quickly to every message we exchanged. We would love to stay here again.

Thank you for the beautiful house and location! We were there when it snowed, and it made the experience even more special! The view from the living room and the dinning room was breathtaking! Even my young kids had a blast from the views.

This property was not available due to a maintenance issue so we were booked at a similar condo in the same development. We enjoyed the lake view and the pool. The swim beach was close but you have to drive a few minutes to get there, and we didn’t check it out this time. The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and linens, cleaning supplies, and laundry soap. Some of the activities we enjoyed with approximate travel times were 1) fish and pay lake (20-30 minutes away), 2) scenic train ride at Jim Thorpe (30 minutes away) 3) Bushkill Falls (1 hour) 4) Crayola experience (1 hour).
