Such a lovely spot in a great area of São Paulo. So many cute details made this place feel like a real home. Great location next to some great bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Very comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Good location. We had a small problem with the internet but the host was very attentive and responded quickly.

I only spent one night, but it was enough to delight me! Cozy, clean, well-maintained accommodation with wonderful energy. I was very well received and felt at home. I would definitely come back more often!

Everything in the apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere is cozy and met my needs very well João is very kind and is always willing to help. A thousand stars!

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

The house has a wonderful balcony. Everything is very clean. And Maria Fernanda responds super fast and is super attentive. The only thing was that the 2 pools were under maintenance. The heated one and the one on the 27th floor. I was sad that I didn't use them. I couldn't connect the Netflix and YouTube channels to the TV in the house. Other great things! I'd come back again! Close to the airport too! (Maximum 15 min!)

I'd come back whenever I need to go to SP! Very cozy and the kitchen is super structured! Dishes for everything! Super comfortable and cozy home in addition to being very reminiscent of a family atmosphere. Pets were super well received!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Mauricios home. Exceeded our expectations. Felt right at home. Everything was as described. Will definitely rent again and would highly recommend it. 10/10

Apartment as in the photos, very good, met our needs for 5 adults and two children. Marcos is very attentive.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Bia's apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great! The property exceeded all of my expectations. Plus, Bia is an excellent host! He always treated us with courtesy and kindness, ensuring a perfect stay. I highly recommend it!
