Wonderful, cozy house and much better than in the photos. Mr. Jaime super attentive. The only point was the pool that was not clean because the product did not arrive for the pool in time to put it in to act, but because it was cold and raining we did not miss the pool so much. The garage was a parked car in the middle of it making it impossible to organize our cars, but the SR. Jaime de pronto help us to organise and everything went well. We will definitely rent more often. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent, distribution of the perfect rooms and the outside area away from the house allowing quiet rest for those who want to rest and hear a louder sound for those who want to stay at the barbecue. One of the best places I've ever been! :) Really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely sufficient for cooling off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and always felt safe. The location is also great: The supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and amiably. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example, where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for grilling. Thank you, Caique!

Spacious and very cozy apartment (with mainly hot light bulbs). For couples who want to enjoy with a city view the night is very cool. The cleanliness dispenses reviews, the quality is hotel. It is a very beautiful condominium, and has a lot of things to do, such as swimming pool, games and gym. Iris always made herself available to help with the instructions and responded promptly.

Carinas place was great. Very safe and easy access. Very clean and walkable to most things. WiFi was fast, the balcony was beautiful. Simple and nice.
