Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Come chill at Misty's home/apartment. Exclusive use of downstairs, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

A small courtyard features two black chairs beside a round table, accented by a potted fern. Light gray paving stones create a tidy outdoor space, enclosed by tall light and dark panels, allowing for privacy and comfort.

Absolutely recommended without restrictions - everything as described. We had a great time at Frances & Raffael's! The apartment is lovingly furnished, super clean and the bed very comfortable. Great little outdoor kitchen! We were able to use the bikes (e.g. to get to the beach and cafes) and felt very welcome! Many thanks to the lovely hosts!

We came to Perth to visit family and Helen’s place made it a really nice stay. I really felt at home there, and looked forward to going back each day. The house has a front balcony that overlooks the ocean with chairs to enjoy the view. The rooms were cozy, and the place felt very clean. My fave spot was the backyard, with a beautiful garden and lounges. It felt really quiet and private. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely four night stay over Easter with our extended family. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped and cosy, with plenty of towels and bedlinen. We loved the location and think that the owners should make more of the fact that the house is so close to the lagoon and cafe. The kids loved their "den" in the converted garage! We hope to be back in the future, so easy to have a break from city life, but so close to home.
