This is a beautiful and very comfortable flat to explore Malaga. Only about 15 minutes walk to the city centre, great local amenities, very well-equipped and super clean. Alex was also lovely - very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicolas - eine tolle Wohnung in Malaga - zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Bestens ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten inkl Air condition und Flat Screen mit Netflix etc. in jedem Raum. Wir konnten in Malaga alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants und Supermärkte etc. zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem schnell auf der Autobahn zum Flughafen oder für Ausflüge nach Ronda oder Marbella etc Nicolas hat uns viele gute Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben und war immer sehr schnell erreichbar - tolle Kommunikation- perfekter Gastgeber - Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage perfekt - wir können das Appartement zu 100 % empfehlen- wir hatten wunderbare 8 Tage dort 🇪🇸😎

Stylish and spotlessly clean apartment with amazing views and even more stunning views from the roof terrace on the 30th floor! Quiet at night, comfy bed… like a posh hotel suite with added bonus of its own kitchen. Definitely recommend.

Das Apartment im 20. Stockwerk hat eine traumhafte Aussicht bis aufs Meer und einen geräumigen Balkon. Es ist modern und funktional eingerichtet und mit zwei Badezimmern sehr komfortabel. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten eine Traumaussicht. Die nicht touristische Gegend wurde neu entwickelt mit den zwei Hochhäusern und dem Park, man ist zu Fuss über den Fluss innert fünf Minuten im lebendigen Quartier La Goleta und in 10 Min. am Rande der Altstadt (Carretería). Besonders ist ein Spaziergang dem Flussbeet entlang nach Norden. Was man sich bewusst sein sollte: Das Wohnen in einem der beiden modernen Hochhäuser, die überall stehen könnten, ist sehr anonym.

I’m incredibly grateful to the host for their kindness and flexibility in allowing me to book just one night, even though the usual minimum stay is three days. I found myself in a tough situation with nowhere to go last minute, and they truly came through for me. The location is excellent - perfect if you want to explore the Centro area of Málaga. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, and it’s just a short walk to María Zambrano train and bus station, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this place for both convenience and the warm hospitality!

El estudio de Lorena está genial. Perfecto para una pareja. Decorado con gusto, a un minuto de la playa (literalmente), super cerca y lo más importante para nosotros, muy tranquilo. De todos los sitios donde me he quedado en Málaga (y han sido muchos), top 3 sin ninguna duda. Volveré

Gracias Javier! La verdad que la pasamos excelente en el piso, es tal cual está descripto y se ve en las fotos, todo impecable, nuevo y muy completo. Estuvimos alojados 3 días visitando Malaga y alrededores y la hubicación para nosotros fué ideal, en una zona tranquila cerca de todo, de facil acceso con vehículo propio y a pocos minutos de los lugares más turísticos de Malaga para visitarlos. Javier y Maria, su señora, nos respondieron prontamente siempre que los necesitamos y resolvieron todas nuestras inquietudes rápidamente, incluso Maria nos recomendo un restaurant en nuestro siguiente destino, Granada, al cual fuimos y fué todo un acierto. Si volviera a Malaga no dudaría un segundo en elegir nuevamente alojarmente en el piso de Javier.

Ik heb de afgelopen 10 weken bij Gae verbleven en in één woord, geweldig! Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien, daarnaast een heerlijk dakterras waar je overdag (beschut voor de zon eventueel) en s 'avonds lekker kunt zitten. Naar het centrum lopen is een kwartiertje, de buurt is rustig en verder geen overlast gehad. Volledig waar voor je geld, een echte aanrader! Daarnaast was het contact met Gae heel erg goed, hij is een zeer vriendelijke en fijne host waar ik meermaals gezellig een biertje mee gedronken heb en goede gesprekken over van alles en nog wat.. Ik kijk er nu dan ook al naar uit om volgend jaar terug te keren!

Me e sentido como en casa , un apartamento perfecto todo muy bonito y limpio, está en una urbanización maravillosa!! Daniel es un gran anfitrión nos hizo la llegada súper fácil hasta nos mandó un vídeo , lo recomiendo al cien por cien Muchas gracias Daniel!! 😊😊

Es war wunderschön!Die Wohnung ist einfach toll und der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft schön!Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.Die Einrichtung wunderschön und die Betten super bequem.Die Küche gut ausgestattet.Die Anlage ist super gepflegt.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.Der Check in war sehr gut!Danke auch nochmal an Kevin,der uns beim Check in empfangen hat und uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat!Vielen Dank!!!!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Très bel appartement,avec tout le confort nécessaire, au calme avec une vue juste incroyable. Nous avons même aperçu des dauphins de la terrasse, qui est fantastique. Et idéalement située pour visiter la région. Perfecto !!!

Ik heb ontzettend genoten v het appartement waar alles beschikbaar is wat je nodig hebt. Het dakterras is ‘the limit’! De superhost had vers brood met tomaten en sinaasappelen voor 4 ontbijtjes klaar gezet. Een warm ontvangst. Ik had iets gebroken en hij pakt dat fijn op. Af en toe checkt hij of je nog wat nodig hebt of mist. De wijk is net buiten het centrum maar in 5 minuten ben je er ook. Paar leuke restaurantjes om de hoek: La Gastronauta en La Buenavista! Het is 25 minuten lopen naar het strand. Ik heb een middag een fiets gehuurd en langs het strand gefietst. Ik ben naar de opera geweest en Teatro Cervantes (fantastisch theater!). De Flamenco vond ik mwah. Je stond binnen een uur weer buiten en de nieuwe rij weer voor de deur. Verder heeft het appartement een heerlijke badkamer en fijn bed! Wasmachine is ook handig. Kortom: als het me gegund is; kom ik hier zeker terug!!

Appartamento bellissimo, con una vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla spiaggia. Sentire il rumore e l'odore del mare non ha prezzo. Noi eravamo in macchina e anche la zona è stata comodissima: parcheggio facilissimo e il centro a 10 minuti. Sono stati due giorni indimenticabili... La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem tollen Airbnb. Mit Abstand hat uns die Dachterasse am besten gefallen. Der flexible Check In mit Briefkasten lief auch reibungslos. Man merkt in den Kleinigkeiten der Wohnung, dass Dorien und Wim sich viele Gedanken gemacht haben. Der Pool war auch toll und meist ziemlich leer. Also absolut empfehlenswert!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa, with room for our family group of six adults and four children. With a property of this grandeur, we found the amenities and furnishings a little less than expected. The two suites with king-size bed were airy and delightful, but a couple of the rooms with twin beds lacked hangers and places to hang clothing, so they were more suitable for children. All the rooms open to either the pool deck or a balcony -- a wonderful feature. The great location and spectacular views of the Mediterranean made the entire stay a real joy! Robert is a pleasant and very accommodating host. He was very responsive to all our questions, and was helpful in every way.

Karlien is a great host. Available for any help needed. Great at communicating and getting back to you quickly. This is a lovely villa with sea and mountain views close to town and the sea and a supermarket up the road. I would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay,everything we could have wishes for. The villa was great, very private and a superb place to relax. Ana Maria is a superb host and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this villa to a family or group looking for a relaxing villa to enjoy.

fuimos un grupo de 13 personas y encontramos el alojamiento muy bien ubicado, es un gran punto a favor que haya tantas camas individuales y un total de 4 baños, tener un patio interior es un acierto también. La única pega que se puede poner es la hora de salida a las 11, aunque es completamente entendible por la limpieza. También es de muy agradecer que en este último aspecto hayan sido también un poco flexibles dándonos un tiempo más de cortesía, apartamento y anfitrión fantásticos, repetiré seguro si vuelvo.

Absolutely beautiful accomodation in spectacular surroundings. We did bang our head a few times on low doorways and balcony roof. I would worry about taking small children because of the low wall on the balcony and lack of handrails on stairs etc. However, this is common in Spain. It would be perfect for a couple or family but there is only a curtain between the 2 bedrooms, you have to walk through one to get to the other. It is open plan, so noise does travel. On the plus side, the decor is gorgeous, very arty and aesthetically pleasing. We spent time in every area of the house and thoroughly enjoyed our surroundings, inside and out. I would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway.

We lived there for couple of weeks as a family, and enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this apartment. Conditions were great, a lot of space for family and a neat look of the interior. Additionally, everything in the apartment functioned well. Moreover, the location and facilities like gym and a playground for kids in the yard were a prominent privilege and very convenient. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming. Therefore I would highly recommend this place for everybody who cherishes comfort and good facilities on vacation.

Well what can i say about Christian's place. Amazing modern home on the side of coast of Nerja with panoramic views of the coastline. Christian was an amazing host, very responsive on chat if we had any issues or wanted to ask any questions. The place was a great modern home with lots of great amenities for couples and families to stay. We really enjoyed all of the home, from the great living space to all the activities on the upper terrace. We have a great trip and are very thankful that we could experience this home. I wouldn't hesitate returning to Nerja and staying at this place again, and i would highly recommend staying here if your thinking of experiencing a little luxury on your trip to Nerja.
