I stayed for a month in Pablo's apartment and the experience was fantastic. The place is exactly as described; spacious, with lots of light and natural ventilation. Everything was clean and with constant attention to any circumstance that might arise to attend to it immediately. Located in a quiet area, easy to access and very close to shops, leisure areas and public transportation. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb, I recommend it whatever your needs. An ideal place to be in Lima.

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Wonderful stay! Doña Paola and Diego were really extremely kind. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked perfectly and they had more than you could ask for in a good stay.

I was for a week and the stay was super good, if I would score higher than 5 I would ⭐️ not hesitate to put more stars. The apartment is well implemented the place is very quiet and accessible, it has a very quiet and beautiful park, in conclusion the next time I return I will not hesitate to return to this place, RECOMMENDED 10/10. I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! Good location if you want to make small tourist stops in the surrounding areas and when you return to the house you will find a comforting place that will make your stay and rest better ☺️

The place is private and comfortable, the facilities are just as you see them in the photo, each room has its private bathroom, the kitchen is spacious, the room is large and the dining room, the pool as shown in the photos, has a volleyball area, the house is very beautiful, excellent space to spend it as a family, we felt very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. We have no complaints, even on Sundays they offer to stay until later than the departure time, what if you should take into account is that in the area there is no phone line access (movistar, of course, entel without coverage), this is solved with the use of the wifi of the house,all the communication with the outside was by social networks (calls and video calls by green application w..., we were able to communicate with a family member in Spain), I mention this so that it serves the people who work with phone calls), take repellent this because being a remote area in the evenings there are mosquitoes and zancudos in the rooms

Comfortable apartment, close to the Malecón and the market of Magdalena surrounded by many shops I had a comfortable rest and the area is also safe, constantly patrolling around the area.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Luis Alberto's place was perfect for our needs in Lima. Spacious and with everything you need for a long stay. One block away is the main avenue where you find connection with taxis and public transport for all of Lima, even for the airport. Great restaurants, banks, shops, and markets are just a few blocks away. I would come back without hesitation.
