A very nice and quiet place !

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

The stay was perfect just before a long flight, not too far from airport. New amenities, felt very private. Walkable to a really nice mall/market which made things easy :)

Great stay! Jose is amazing! Very responsive and super attentive, as well as his wife. We had everything we needed for our stay, and they even provided a small welcome gift of foods. Great touch! Lima is full of dust, so when we open the balcony window we felt like all the dust would come in. But that’s everywhere I think. In the morning , from like 6-8 am, kind of very noisy because we are next to Main Street so a lot of traffic happening at that time. But after that it quiets down. I would definitely stay there again! Very convenient and felt safe the whole time! P.s forgot to stay the place has entrance security. A small supermarket at the lobby, pharmacy, playground, bodega and liquor store. Until next time Jose!

Excellent location and very comfortable

The apartment was impeccable, clean and exactly as shown in the photos, the hot water and the wifi were excellent, in front of the Condominium there is a Tottus and Sodimac where we were able to find what we needed, there is also a small food court. It's very close to the airport and the condominium is safe. I'll be back anyway.

Jose’s place is fantastic. Great spot surrounded by tons of good restaurants and coffee shops. Make sure to hit the local corner bakery for an empanada and an alfajore!

Look no further for a comfortable and pristine place to stay in Miraflores that is extremely affordable. The host is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They were extremely flexible with our flight delays and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment is absolutely spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking your own meals. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

It was one of the best birthdays for my mom. We enjoyed several days as a family with everything you look for when you leave the city: sunny days in the pool, board games, cylinder, grill, bread oven, Chinese box, very clean bedrooms, campfire area. In conclusion, a very cozy, tidy place with everything you need, Maria provides all the information clearly and Luis is always supporting everything you need. I would always come back to this hermoso lugar!

My first experience at this place was amazing. The place is really beautiful and very clean. A good place to escape for the weekend, near Lima. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to rest for a few days.

The house is very nice; modern, with all the amenities offered, clean, very well cared for. The area is very quiet and safe. The communication with Luis is very good, very attentive to the guests' stay.

The house is spectacular, better than the photos, Mrs. Lilian was always very attentive to us with a smile, we felt very comfortable, we will return anyway.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price
