What a wonderful place to stay, everything was as described in the listing. We particularly loved the entertaining area downstairs and outdoor flow with decks upstairs and down. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen a dream to cook in and location was perfect and within walking distance to amenities and walking tracks. Great place to stay. Beach access just around the corner:I enjoyed sunrise there. We really love the environment area: enjoyed the pool game. What really impressed me is the food left for us. On the time we arrived we were so hungry and was about to go shopping,but we just made fried eggs with bacon that John left for us. This was a really generous gesture. Also pantry looks amazing. So we'll organised and fridge full of cold drinks was also really great things to have! Close to main town area, just 5 min drive. We would love to return one day. Thank you John for impressive hospitality!

“Pink Springs” was a great place for our family getaway. The house was in a quiet street but also within walking distance to all our needs. It was very comfortable, with lots of spaces to retreat to quietly or join others for fun. The beds were also really comfortable!

Jaclyn’s place saved us! There was nothing (and I mean zero) in Rockhampton on the Friday night where we needed a room for the 5 of us. Jaclyn’s place(s) at the lodge came up - and we were very thankful. Place is pristine with such comfortable beds and clean linen and a perfect kitchen set up. We had visited the nearby caves on the way out of Rockhampton so it was very close - and we all slept really well.

A well-lit studio cabin features a spacious bed with white linens against wooden paneling. A kitchenette with cabinetry is visible, accompanied by a small window and a wall-mounted television. Natural light enters through a large window, which offers views of the outdoor area.
