Family-friendly vacation rentals in Caprera

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch mit tollem Blick auf die Küste. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich, alle nötige Ausstattung im Haus und Außenbereich vorhanden. Giuliana hat immer sehr freundlich und rasch kommuniziert. Gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für 2 Familien und 2 Hunde, die Gastgeber haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert, es war eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Es war schön, die Alpakas so nah zu erleben und am Schluss haben unsere Kinder sogar jeweils ein Alpaka Kuscheltier geschenkt bekommen. Für uns war die abgelegene Lage perfekt, die Fahrt zu den schönen Stränden war trotzdem nicht sehr weit!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Daniele's awesome; he gets back to you super fast, and his tips for the area are amazing. 👍🌟🔥 The place is really nice, all secluded on a hilltop. 🏞️🏡 It's cozy and well-furnished, the kitchen's great and works perfectly, and the Wi-Fi and TV are flawless. We really enjoyed the time at his Place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars, for sure. 💯🎉

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! A house that feels like a home. The house is beautiful, has a warm interior with beautiful furniture, and kitchen with everything you could want. The very large surrounding gardens are very private with lots of biodiversity and there are so many activities. The surrounding villages have many super markets and the restaurants serve authentic food. We would love to come back

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Wir haben vier wundervolle Nächte in diesem ganz besonderen Airbnb verbracht und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Elena und Bruno waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Das Häuschen selbst ist ein echtes Unikat: liebevoll gestaltet, mit Naturstein gebaut und voller Charme. Es strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus, die perfekt zur Umgebung passt. Das gesamte Gelände ist wie ein kleines Paradies – Pfauen, Hühner, Schildkröten, Hunde und Katzen leben hier in friedlichem Miteinander. Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken, und dennoch ist es wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Ein magischer Ort, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und bis bald !!

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

J’ai passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est exceptionnel : la vue à 270° est tout simplement époustouflante, un vrai havre de paix. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, et d’un confort remarquable. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, parfaite pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée. Tout était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, et la communication a été fluide, chaleureuse et très attentionnée. Un immense merci à Karen, qui est une très belle personne, bienveillante et disponible. On sent qu’elle met tout son cœur pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à ses invités. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’espère sincèrement y revenir bientôt. Merci Arnaud et très belle maison.

Cette maison est située dans un superbe environnement naturel. Niché, au milieu de la forêt rocheuse, impossible d’être plus dépaysé. Personne aux alentours . Sans parler de la magnifique vue depuis le salon et sur la terrasse. en descendant une minute, on se retrouve sur une petite plage privée, c’est tout simplement génial. On s’est baladé avec les enfants dans la forêt sur les rochers. Magnifique. L’arrivée dans la maison a été très facile, Ivan, nous y attendait. La maison en elle-même est simple et bien distribué. Il manque une grande TV pour se faire des films le soir :) Attention, la piscine est fermée à partir de fin septembre, ce n’était pas clair pour moi. À cinq minutes de la maison, la petite ville de Palau dispose de petits restaurants sympas, et d’un petit port pour louer des bateaux et faire des excursions dans les îles Madeleines. Bref, je reviendrai sûrement mais plutôt en mai ou septembre.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Un lieu idéal pour un moment en famille « loin de tout » mais prêt de tout. Le lieu est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu avec de belles vignes et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. C’est aussi géographiquement parfaitement situé à mi chemin avec les plages de porto-Vecchio à l’est et Bonifacio et les plages du « cap » sud . Enfin, point important pour nous, la maison est parfaitement équipé pour faire la cuisine aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur y compris pour recevoir des amis (équipement pour faire de gros poissons/viandes au four ou au bbq :))… nous avons déjà hâte de revenir

Un excellent logement, calme, et une hôte très réactive et très gentille ! Letizia nous a même montrer leur vide avec des recommandations d’activités et de restaurant. La piscine est superbe, chauffée, propre, avec espace pataugeoire pour les enfants. Place de parc à disposition pour le logement. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au Port car il n’y a pas de trottoirs. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
